Images at F45 Training Armadale

Round #2 of F45 challenge ( before/after effects of a self indulgent holiday for a month with no exercise whatsoever) 3 kgs put on over a month . This challenge was slightly different, I wanted  to test my body to see what it is capable of,  bit of fun.  I followed a online plan eating chicken, eggs, rice and veggies for 8 weeks. I didnโ€™t train everyday day maybe 2-3 a week sometimes nothing for a week , worked out less due to work , I didnโ€™t put the hard work in, I had quite a few cheat meals  here and there.  My motivation lacked as I couldnโ€™t get to F45 ( ๐Ÿ˜ช itโ€™s the best studio ever ) , My previous challenge my mindset was โ€œ get fit , be amazing be fully accountable โ€ this challenge was to get abs I didnโ€™t get there but I will ๐Ÿ˜.. Overall these challenges have taught me so much about myself and about life in general : 1. Mindset is everything. 2. The people you hang with will determine your results 100%. 3. Looking at scales is not  healthy.4. Having goals. 5. Donโ€™t compare yourself too other people, everyone is made uniquely as long as your a nice person โ˜๏ธ. 6. Enjoy the moment and have fun with cheat meals 1 per week, donโ€™t get too restrictive. 7. You really have to love what you do, I can say F45 calms me down as Iโ€™m always hyperactive... Having a supportive network around you helps ( F45 ARMADALE or supportive network ) . I canโ€™t say Iโ€™m sad or unhappy with my results in all honestly I love my body and what it can do, itโ€™s an amazing machine. When I fuel my body with healthy foods it works like a Ferrari , when I fuel it with  un healthy food Iโ€™m tired and drained and I donโ€™t put 100% in Iโ€™m a holden ๐Ÿš— ( jokes) . You are what you eat and having support from a epic studio #f45armadale helps they have a great support network. I recommend anyone looking for a gym to join F45 ๐Ÿ™Œ I have to say i preferred F45 nutrition/food prep  because it was a variety of food and I never got bored! However it took a while to make but variety  kept me going @lyngreen_nutritionist

Well, that's 8 weeks done and dusted ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ ended my last session for the #f45armadale 8 week define challenge doing playoffs with my girl @emmaman94 while the hubby cheered on the sidelines ๐Ÿ˜˜ my body scan is tomorrow morning and I'm now sitting here reflecting on what the past 8 weeks has taught me. I never thought I'd be confident enough to even do exercise let alone a challenge... I didn't do 100% of the diet but I defiantly made myself proud and trained nearly everyday. I ate what I could, when I could but didn't restrict myself to where I could still have little treats here and there. I defiantly am more confident, more energized, more clear headed and feeling so so happy within myself โค๏ธ no matter what the results are I know I'll just continue to improve from here. Now to enjoy Christmas and some family time ๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ big thanks to @emmaman94 @benluckens @samhill13 @kluckens @liv_hampton for encouraging me to keep going and stay positive โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Happy Chappy this morning ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿค— lost weight and gained some muscle. Most importantly I lost some body fat and am starting to feel a lot more confident with myself! These past 8 weeks I havenโ€™t eaten as healthy as I could but I have made changes and my hard work has paid off. Thank you to the F45 fam bam for helping me to achieve that. Joining F45 was the best thing I ever did for myself ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ”ต๐Ÿ”ด @f45trainingarmadale @benluckens @kluckens
