I’m not usually one for gym posts, but today I am super proud of where I’ve come. To some, those numbers will be nothing. But after the last 2 years of various illnesses: some like the sea urchin incident where I almost died & couldn’t walk properly for 6months, MS scare & most recently finding out I have asthma. I had dangerously been pushing myself & thought I was just unfit. Since taking Ventolin, it’s worked wonders! I also have to let out my frustration. Fit & healthy looks different on each individual. I will never be a size 6, but I eat healthy & look after myself. Here’s to loving every shape! 🥂 #realtalk #curvesarebeautifultoo #blessthehaters🙏 #loveyourbody #overcomingobstacles
