One year of going to gym properly. 26% body fat to 14%. For the majority of that year: no cardio, no diet and drinking at least 2000 calories of scotch every weekend. Just picking up heavy things and putting them back down again.

Gabbi started training with me in January and just a mere 9 months down the track with constant dedication and hard work she's lost over 16kg and as seen in her photos looks absolutely stunning. To make her journey even better, she committed to 3 530AM sessions with me a week before she goes off to school and has missed a total of 4 in the whole 9 months. On top of that Gabbi dedicated her time to coming to the gym at least 5 days a week! Gabbi continues to amaze me every training session with what she's willing to push herself to do.
