Sooo I just completed a #10weekchallange at #tpgc with these amazing people and trainer @kymmieeeeeee 💪 I didn't think there would be much of a change in my body but looking at the photos i can see a difference 😝 with just training 3 one hour sessions a week I lost 4% body fat, am able to do push ups on my feet instead of knees and hold a 15 minute wall squat/sit 😁😁 I still continued to eat normally without being so strict as well 😜 my main goal was to be stronger and more healthy which I achieved but is still a working progress. I am so thankful for kymmie and the rest of these lady's for giving me the motivation and support and smiles when waking up at early hours in the morning 😘😘 It was a pretty awesome 10 weeks!

Active rest days are the best when spent adventuring in the sun. 🎣☀️🐟 I can’t believe how quickly the challenge has gone, I am happy how I have established healthy habits. Although I may of accidentally cheated on my diet a couple of times, I have definitely stayed motivated with my training. Only one more week to go!

After being off exercise the past few weeks because of small injuries I decided that before I start the 10 week intense Core10 challange on Monday I needed a muscle balance test and biomechanics assessment. Fellow Pt student friend recommended I head to the local M3 clinic to do this. It cost $100 but it was worth the money! I scored 14 out of 21 but they identified I have stability issues on the right, movement limitations on the left and thoracic issues that are resulting in parts of my body not carrying the load properly when I exert myself. If that appointment today means my training improves, my running improves, and I can stop taking time off because of injuries, then I cant wait for my secobd assessment Monday- right before the weigh in at Corefit
