I was scared of this run. 2 up, 7 tempo, 1 down. I knew I had to dig deep. Side stitch at mile 6- I dug a little deeper. CMT kept me occupied for a little bit, but this came down to a mental battle. Me vs. my mind. We all know our minds are a powerful tool, so why do we, at times, dwell on things we can't do instead of I CAN AND WILL. If Jesus has your heart, with Him, nothing is impossible. Plain and simple as that.❤

This is the EARLIEST I think I’ve ever worked out. Usually when I wake up before my children on a Saturday I sleep. BUT I’m going out tonight to celebrate my besties birthday so I know it would be hard for me to get my workout in and I knew I had a lot of excuses I could use to not workout.
This was not my favorite thing, my body was a lot less flexible first thing and my shoulder, knees, hips, elbows, wrists cracked a lot 😂 BUT it’s done!
Take some time today to do something good for yourself! I know that getting my workout in is crucial to my well being (mentally and physically) and I know i get stressed if I don’t have a lot time for it. This is why when I woke up I was like “I HAVE to get up and workout” tim is working all day, I have to get ready to go out, I want to do something fun with the boys, I have some work to do....there’s a lot happening today and now I’ve removed one stress from my schedule and my body feels more awake. Now I can give 100% to my boys and not feel like I’m comprising my goals to have family time or social time! #nomomguilt

Day 5/60 of the bum bum workout🍑I made it through, but I had to take some breathers in between.
I didn't want to do my workout tonight at all, but my boyfriend was like "come on babe, you can do it just get it done" 😍 so cool to have someone who pushes you to be your best self ❤❤ I have been so much happier since starting my health and wellness journey, and I realized that when I take care of my body and mind it reflects into my relationship 🤗

I love the little “on this day” feature on Facebook, don’t you? It mostly brings me back and shows me how crazy I used to be! 🤪
Today it showed me that this time last year I was 7 weeks pregnant and nauseous AF. Isn’t it crazy how fast a year goes by and how much things can change? Sometimes it’s hard to believe that I’ve already gone through 9 months of pregnancy and now have a 4 month old.
Time is some trippy shit if you really think about it. I mean, how many of us at some time or another have wished for the time to go by? More than half of us wish our days away waiting for 5 o’clock...we wish our weeks away waiting for Friday...and we wish our years away waiting for a fresh start.
What’s the rush? Life is happening right now and we need to stop wishing it away! Take care of yourself, tell your people that you love them, choose happy, and just live in the moment.

Every morning Joey and I get our sweat on. A little mix of play, core work and stretching. I couldn't ask for a better work out buddy.
Went to Joeys doctor a few weeks back. Turns out she had a huge growth spurt. She's in the top 90th percentile in length. I like to think maybe our yoga sessions are to thank 😉. Who knows maybe she'll be even TALLER than her mommy. 🤜🤛
Nearly 5 months on since I had Noah & I’m still embracing my “mum tum”☝🏼... I grew two humans in that tummy of mine & I’ve spent a lot of money growing them love handles, so I’m going to show it off.. 🍰💸💁🏻 From such a young age I’ve been weight obsessed! ... who knew it’d take two babies later to make me realise there’s way more to life than the weighing scales! I’m convinced I have the cutest workout partner even if I have to stop what I’m doing 4 billion times to feed her, change her, get thrown up on, and entertain her 😂 My 30 minute workouts tend to turn in to 45..sometimes an hour. But that’s because first, we mom, then we workout. It can be so frustrating somedays. But I do it for me, for MY health. Not only physically but mentally as well ❤️ #hotmessmomclub#4monthspostpartum

There are so many reasons that might cause you to push pause. That’s what I love about working it at home. It gets done even amongst all my mom duties. And it’s OKAY to push pause. Don’t let the fear of interruptions keep you from doing it in the first place. .

6 easy paced miles this morning, followed by core and strength work. 6.2 weeks until my goal race. I've come so far in the last 2.5 months, but still have so far to go!!! Time to regroup, focus my focus, and slay these workouts!!!🤣

It's been 6 weeks now that I've officially jumped into that health journey. I've been sick, the boys too (twice each & back to back 😩), I've had a lot of sleepless nights, a teething baby, a hubby gone on road trips ... But I am proud to say that I have stick with my schedule of workouts and clean eating! Yay!
Was it easy? NOOOO
I often have that mental debate between a nap or a workout? But the more and more it goes... the more benefits I found in the workouts. I feel stronger, more awake, positive, more alive! Instead of the tired mom.. You got the energetic, fun and crazy mom I want to be for my boys.
