This video had a split in it. I’ve never been able to do the splits..maybe that’ll be a goal of mine by the end of the year 😅 we will see. I’m also realizing I need to invest in a proper yoga strap & blocks! .
Also 3/4 of my work out space has been taken up by boxes of flooring for our garage conversion. We’re also going to re do the kitchen/living room & hallway floors! Stay tuned for after pictures 😊 who knows when it’ll get done though 🤷🏼♀️😂🙄
All seriousness, I hate the way I look. I’m exercising every day to gain self-confidence that I desperately need. I work out every day and feel better about myself. This is a long journey, longer than I wanted it to be. But I’m still doing it every day. I know I just had a baby four months ago, and I should be easier on myself. That’s not who I am. I’m going to strive for perfection even though I know will be hard. I will get there eventually. This is me today. 3 weeks over due➡️4 months postpartum. One word: breastfeeding. I eat SO MUCH but the weight still comes off because of all the calories burned making milk. I think I m finally back to pre-baby size 😁Trust your body ladies! God created a good plan and your body won’t let you down if you treat it right and make sure to eat enough healthy food everyday!

- 10 Jumping lunges with 3 pulses at the bottom
- 16 alt lunges
- 10X3 Kettle bell deadlifts
- 15X3 barbell squat with alt high knees
- 15X3 hamstring rollouts on ball
Then head over to the Smith Machine and superset:
-10X3 Sloooow Squats
- 10X3 lunges (each leg)
Then pick up your babies from kids care and head to the park to play 👏

We’ve had such gorgeous weather in the past few days! Thank goodness too! The gross winter weather was starting to get to me. Of course I had to get the kids out of the house.. they get bored being couped up too. I mean, there’s only so many times we can play with play doh, fingerprint, color, read.. you catch my drift!
On our walk, I hadn’t planned on really working out—but when the moment strikes, go for it, right?! I did a quick 10 minute circuit and it felt great!
So many people struggle with “finding the time” to exercise.. and I’m not going to say that it’s always easy.. but small changes will add up in the long run.
Raise your hand if you’ve caught yourself saying the following...
🔹 “I don’t have a full hour to workout so it won’t be worth it” ...
🔹“15 minutes isn’t going to change anything”
🔹”I don’t have time to go to the gym so I’ll just double up tomorrow”

I’ve made all of these excuses plenty of times.. but what I’ve learned is that if we just choose to trust ourselves and start to take action when inspired to do so, it can make a whole world of difference!
We need to stop talking ourselves out of our brilliant ideas and learn to jump when inspiration hits us!
No more of this “starting when I’m ready” non-sense! We’re never fully ready! Once you get the urge to workout.. get up and do it NOW. Don’t take another second to think about it. .

These are the women in my fit club. They are moms from 3 different countries who have trusted me to take them on their journeys. .
Today I am incredibly GRATEFUL for them. They have all committed to a Beachbody program, Shakeology and clean eating. They have started 2018 with incredible determination, commitment and focus to a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their families. .
I have spent the last 3 months with these ladies. I helped them through the end of 2017 and brought them into 2018. I am such a proud coach. There has been such incredible growth just in the last 2 weeks. These ladies are stepping out of their comfort zones, bonding, building friendships and learning to trust the process. .
Everyday they are taking care of themselves so that they have the mental, emotion, spiritual and physical strength to can take care of their families 😬
Today ladies I want to send you all my love 💜 and positivity 💫 you ladies inspire me everyday and I am so proud to be your coach/friend and biggest cheerleader. .

On the left, I was weighing in at 12 and a half stone, I had already lost weight at this stage after having my second child. I’d lost 2 stone in a few weeks from having her, although I had a long way to go, as I do now.
This transformation has taken me just 10 weeks. That’s my own clean eating plan & research & home workouts 🙌🏼. I’ll be finally going to the gym properly from tomorrow, aiming for 4 times a week. That’ll be me getting shredded and building muscle, so if anyone knows any workouts that are good with machines and dumbbells, let me know PLEASE.
This just goes to show that ANYTHING is possible. Hard work, motivation and dedication PAYS off. I have a long journey ahead, a long way to go before I’m satisfied with myself BUT if I can achieve this in 10 weeks, imagine what else I could achieve over the next year?

For the first time in a long time I did a 60min workout. You would think it was long but honestly with my honey 🍯 bunnies at my side the time flew by. .

This program is not for anyone wanting a quick fix or anyone who just wants to do what everyone else is doing. This program is for those special people who want to embark on a journey of self care, self love and being ok with getting uncomfortable. .
My 2 pieces of advice if you are thinking of embarking on the 80 Day Obsession journey is 1. Do at minimum 1 round of A Little Obsessed. It is the perfect way to get ready for this program! 💪🏽 you get used to the equipment and the foundational moves.
2. Invest in the performance line (if you can) this program INTENSE and will do amazing things for your body but you have to be ready and willing to invest on the right products to take care of your muscles when you tax them the way you do in this program.
If you can’t afford the whole line then just invest in orange or chocolate 🍫 recover because your muscles will need it. .

Hello, I am Heike, 33 years old or young, mother of a 4 months old cutie pie and I am participating in #bbg2018 . It is the 4th round of BBG for me as I completed BBG.1 two times already and got pregnant when I was in round 3 (which I therefore did not finish). I workout with @kayla_itsines because I love the community and exercising is precious me-time for me in my 24/7 job as a mom. Regaining strength and some minor superficial goals are just a nice bonus. So... week 1 legs and cardio far from completed, but tackled with the best I could. It felt so good! 💪💪💪 .

BBG.1 habe ich schon 2 mal abgeschlossen, die dritte habe ich wegen der Schwangerschaft dann abgebrochen. Mir machen die Kayla-Workouts sehr viel Spaß wegen der Community. Und aktuell ist es einfach super tolle, wertvolle Ich-Zeit in meinem 24/7 Job als Mama. Wieder mehr Kraft zu bekommen und ein paar oberflächliche Ziele sind dabei nur Bonus aber sicherlich nice to have. In diesem Sinne: Woche 1 Beine und Cardio längst nicht komplett durchtrainiert aber so weit wie Merle mich gelassen hat und es hat sich SO gut angefühlt! 💪💪💪

I’m really proud of myself for getting back to my pre pregnancy weight. It’s really hard to find time to work out so I’ve just been breastfeeding and eating healthy. The last few pounds were lost from eating vegetarian at home and slowly cutting out dairy from my life. I just don’t know how to give up cheese and sour cream! 😩 #4monthspostpartum
