MAKE YOUR WORKSTATION WORK BETTER FOR YOU!!! 💥💥 STOP AND READ THIS IF YOU'RE GUILTY OF BAD POSTURE AT YOUR DESK!! 💻💻 DO YOU WORK AT A LAPTOP A LOT?? Make any workstation more ergonomic by doing the following: * Make sure that you can reach the keyboard keys with wrists as flat as possible (not bent up or down) and straight (not bent left or right).
* Make sure that your elbow angle is at or greater than 90 degrees * Make sure that the upper arm and elbow are as close to the body and as relaxed as possible for mouse use - avoid overreaching. * Make sure to sit back in your chair and good back support is key for long hours, I prefer a stool bc I don't sit for that long and the height is adjustable! * Make sure the head and neck are as straight as possible, not looking up or down too much. * Make sure you feel relaxed before you type away!!
