I have been working with Beth on nutrition and fitness for 6 weeks now. Beth has given me the direction and advice I have needed to gain control and stay on track. During the 6 weeks I have learnt so much about my nutrition, I've learnt that when combined with the right training, nutrition has been key to getting out of the rut I was in and I've started reaching my fitness goals.
Beth has been motivating and encouraging all the way and is relatable. The training plans she has provided are tailored to my goals and are designed around the style of training I enjoy and the time I can afford.
I am so much more confident in the gym and with my nutrition now and I have seen such great results in a short 6 week period. I have lost just over 5 kg in 6 weeks and have reached numerous fitness and strength milestones. She answered , that's fine I trust you and will do what ever you say and won't let you down . After her show in Vegas we came home with. A nice little sword 😊 . 2 years later ... and 10+ competitors and over 25+ 🏆 later .... here we are !
