I'm back to my own place.Is it legit to post breakfast at dinner or after dinner time😂
Blood sugar before this meal is 5.0.I ate my late breakfast around 10.40am,and I tested my bg is 6.6 around 4.40.I didn't felt hungry at tha time as well but I really want to eat something.So I ate some boiled veggie,tofu and egg,and one radish cake😓I was outside with my father and afterwards we went to other places and took a lot of walk.I ate a lot of sunflower seeds,and now waiting for my bedtime monitoring.Hopefully it will be a good results and I won't feel bad by eating that oily radish cake.
Ok,so,breakfast today is two rye bread,bitterguard salad,northerneast Chinese veggie stew(use light soy sauce,star anise,cinnamon stick and bay leave as seasoning),stir-fried cucumber and egg.BTW,rye bread can keep you full for a really really long time😂
