Aujourd'hui c'est joie et grosse déception! On fête les 5 ans de notre bébé, ça passe trop vite 😯
Et ce matin je me suis pesée après 10 jours et j'ai pris 300 grammes, je suis tellement dégoutée ☹ Je ne comprends pas, je suis le programme à la lettre (à part la whey) je fais du renforcement musculaire suivi de cardio 6x par semaine!!!
J'ai l'impression que c'est mort je vais jamais perdre ce pu**** de ventre!! Je vais jamais me raffermir et m'affiner c'est irréversible 😢😭

Tomatoe, sweet potatoe and an egg 🍳 before getting ready for my morning upper body workout : shoulder chest and abs 💪 I tried new exercices and pushed myself to failure. I am working on increasing the weight I lift 🏋 still a long way to my new objectives....🇫🇷 Ce matin j'étais d'humeur salée : tomate, patate douce et oeuf mollet 🍳 avant d'aller à la salle pour une séance haut du corps (épaules, pecs et abdos). C'était l'occasion d'essayer de nouveaux exercices et de me sortir de mes retranchements en soulevant plus lourd, quitte à aller à l'échec 🏋 la route est encore longue avant que je n'atteigne mes objectifs...

No entanto, o MICT pode ser mais eficaz para reduzir a massa total de gordura do que HIIT, se resultar em um gasto de energia maior.

However, you would be much better off doing some active recovery. Even going for a 10-15 minute walk will get the blood flowing into the leg muscles and will aid recovery and reduce soreness. It may hurt at first, but the pain will ease off and then you will slowly start to feel better 👌🏻

I just went to my first rigorous training class and the name doesn’t lie! It was circuits of 45 seconds of twelve different strength exercises with 15 seconds of cardio between each! I’m sorry the old steph can’t come to the phone right now. Why? Oh because she died at the gym! I just went to my first rigorous training class and the name doesn’t lie! It was circuits of 45 seconds of twelve different strength exercises with 15 seconds of cardio between each! I've been thinking about this a lot recently. 
There's a lot in the fitness world that says you "have" to lift weights, you "have" to count macros, you "shouldn't" do too much cardio. 
What happened to doing what makes you happy? If running makes you happy, do it. If HIIT makes you happy, do it. If spin, swimming, Pilates, Metafit, BodyPump, yoga, Pound or any one of the 1000s of classes or activities out there make you happy, do them.
If you get bored, switch it up. Permanent injuries and exhaustion led to this with me, and I'm happy.

CABLE LATERAL RAISE FROM THE FLOOR - next time you’re doing lateral raises try doing them on a cable machine whilst kneeling down.

A few reasons for this:
1️⃣ By using the cable you’re able to control the negative a lot more than if you were using dumbbells - thus activating more muscle fibres in the lateral head of the delt.
2️⃣ When kneeling down it takes away any temptation you have to ‘cheat’ and start swinging to get the weight up. You’re delt is in full control of this movement.

These reasons alone are enough to tell you that by altering exercises like the lateral raise to eliminate cheating/swinging etc, you’re going to get better results. If you want to really isolate that lateral head of the deltoid - switch to cable lateral raises!

HIIT chattt 😸 If you haven't tried high intensity interval training heres some things to take into consideration before you start as this type of training definitley isn't for everyone but if done correctly is extremely effective!⠀

🏃🏻‍♀️ HIIT is working out at above 80% of your maximum heart rate for  short intervals followed by short intervals of rest. It's an ideal t workout to do up to 3 times per week providing you have no current injuries.  Exercises should be thought out in terms of how well you can perform them.  e.g. not going straight for jump lunges if you can't perform a standing lunge. Its super important to get the basics down before you start doing plyometrics to again, avoid injury. ​⠀
🏃🏻‍♀️ If your goals include weight loss or muscle building it should be an add on to strength training. ⠀
🏃🏻‍♀️ Its really important to do exercises where you are lengthening and stretching the muscles as well because HIIT does take a toll on the body. A dynamic mobility warm up is necessary before all your workouts and incorporating yoga or pilates etc into your weekly routine is a great idea. ⠀

Então, ainda sinto fraqueza, sonolencia, mas estava eu aqui refletindo, vou precisar repetir a dieta para reavaliar, pois muitos fatores podem estar interferindo, primeiro período mestrual, depous vim de um feriado prolongado gordo, por mais que tenha me esforçado com porções, eu comi coisas que não venho comendo, como bolo de aniversário (e que bolo 😋) kkk, pode estar tendo aí um efeito rebote de insulina, e tbm não fiz atividade física nenhuma desde quarta passada, voltei só ontem, e o corpo é bem preguiçoso, se adapta facilmente a não fazer nada!

Enfim, quero dizer que a dieta pode não ser tão ruim assim!

2/3 #dietadoovo  #lanchedatarde  Então, ainda sinto fraqueza, sonolencia, mas estava eu aqui refletindo, vou precisar repetir a dieta para reavaliar, pois muitos fatores podem estar interferindo, primeiro período mestrual, depous vim de um feriado prolongado gordo, por mais que tenha me esforçado com porções, eu comi coisas que não venho comendo, como bolo de aniversário (e que bolo 😋) kkk, pode estar tendo aí um efeito rebote de insulina, e tbm não fiz atividade física nenhuma desde quarta passada, voltei só ontem, e o corpo é bem preguiçoso, se adapta facilmente a não fazer nada! Ce matin, petit déjeuner délicieux près une séance de sport explosive en HIIT. Un minimum de temps pour un maximum d'efficacité de bon matin. 
Et oui, beaucoup se plaignent de ne pas avoir le temps de faire du sport mais si on veut réellement on peut, sans forcément y passer des heures. Pour ma part, je préfère me lever une heure plus tôt pour avoir le temps de caser une séance et commencer une journée explosive plutôt que trainer dans le lit sur internet. On ne sait pas quelles seront nos capacités physiques demain, ni même dans quelques années alors profitons en aujourd'hui pour prendre soin de notre corps car il est le seul véhicule que notre âme possède. 🙏
