I’m guilty of the comparison bug🖐just being honest, I see these girls on Instagram + hair always done with a face of makeup and here I am with a messy bun and dog hair stuck to me from work, haha. I really use to let it get to me...should I always look done up? Is that what men want? Should I care more about that stuff??
LADIES! Take my advice and do NOT beat yourself over nonsense like this. You are beautiful. You are enough. You are amazing! No ones life is perfect and no one has it all together, truly realizing that has taken a lot of stress off myself💦

Motivational Monday. ☀️(Pictures are pre and post run 🤗) So almost at the end of my first official month of marathon training and the changes are small but I know they are having such a huge impact on my life both physically and mentally. Following a small "intervention" from my nearest and dearest a few weeks ago I knew I had to made a change and make a promise to myself.
That promise was to live a life out in the wilderness and learn to be brave and bold in all my choices. To practise self love every day and not be afraid to go after things I want and things I believe in.
Running a marathon was on my bucket list so i quit just saying i wanted to run one and went ahead and signed up! 🏃♀️My run tonight was not an easy one- mentally it was probably one of my toughest ever. After 4 miles i wanted to call it and after 5.5 miles i thought i was going to vomit. The old abby would have found an excuse to quit, told myself ill do better next time- but what if we never get a next time? How can i live in the wilderness if the second i feel myself out my comfort zone i back down to fear and self doubt? So instead i told that little voice in my head to STFU and i pushed on and i hit the 7 mile mark tonight and i was damn proud of myself for it too!
I encourage everyone to stop finding excuses when the going gets tough and instead be brave enough to love yourself and trust in yourself that you got this shit down; this crazy thing we call life.
