So 'what the health' has got a few people going crazy.. Including myself. So much so that it has spurned some healthy competition with one of my close buddies @macteez 😁😁. We're calling it a 90 day challenge and that started today. He'll stick to his current diet which includes meats, dairy, etc and I'll continue my plant based diet.. The goal is to see who changes the most overall. Physique, appearance and energy levels. I've always been into fitness and am very curious to see if I can maintain a routine on a plant based diet that doesn't see me losing power or muscle mass.. I might wither away but I'm sure some of you can carry me around if that ever does happen.. 💪 anyhow, good luck @macteez and may we both see some solid results. I'll be posting a little more regularly on my workout routine, what I'm eating and how I'm feeling overall so check me out every now and then to see how I'm doing.
