Week 77 Day 4. Arms are done. Got a nice pump today. Had to cut cardio short bec of time constraints once again. Just have to go harder on cardio day. Week 77 Day 3. Legs are done. Had a thorough workout on legs. Noticed bec I moved my fitness tracker from my left hand to my right, a little change in the readout of my heart rate. It's all good. Still burned 1726 calories in 3 hours and 8 minutes. Now time to rest and prep to close with an arm workout. Some dude told me today last time he worked out his legs, his quads started locking on him. He said that's how bodybuilders must feel. I thought no, that's bec you work legs once every month and try to push too much weight on an underdeveloped muscle group.
