Lovely sunny day again...only one thing for it...when the baby sleeps get out their and workout! Today's workout was a superset workout using 6kg dumbbells repeat each set of 2 exercises 3 times with a 30sec rest between...no rest between the 2 exercises per set.
🔹Deadlifts x10 - weighted squats x10 🔹Bent over row x10 - press up x10
🔹Forward lunge x10 each leg - jump lunge x10 (no weights)
🔹Bicep curl x10 - shoulder press x10
🔹Single leg deadlift x10 each leg - weighted plié squats x10
🔹Weighted side dips x10 each side - wood chop x10 each side
🚨 if you have no weights fill 2 small water bottles or grab a couple of cans from the cupboard 👍🏼
