Sometimes you have to look back to see how far you have come!
5 weeks ago I did a 40 minute run and it felt like the hardest thing I have ever done. I only managed 3.6 miles.
5 weeks later and I'm running the same route for a similar amount of time but managed 4.2 miles! That is something I never thought I would be able to achieve. Doing this run 5 weeks ago was painful, I felt like I couldn't carry on, yesterday I felt like I could keep running which felt amazing.
When I looked back on my runs and see the progress I have made in just 5 weeks is amazing and I thought 'I can do this'! Your fitness journey isn't about where you start it's about what you do to get to where you want to be. Fitness is a journey, it's not something that happens over night. It is something you have to fight for and don't give up! It's not meant to be easy but it will 100% be worth it when you look back at where you started and then see what you have achieved, trust me it feels amazing!
For those of you fighting to reach your goals keep going I know you can do it, you just have to believe!
Its incredibly hard to love yourself if you have never been taught or if have never been really loved!
being in abusive relationship can make you forgwt that you are worthy of love but you are absolutely worthy of love..you deseve to b loved simply because of who you are.
One of the ways i healed after my husband left me,was i took the time to fall in love with myself.That might sound silly but,it was very very healing !!!
I dated myself.I took myself out for coffee.I watched movies i wanted.I ordered chinese food i loved.I wore more makeup and worked out at gym for me.I wore what kind of perfume i wanted.I changed my mind often.I slept late.I smiled.I laughed.I rediscovered who i was.I sat down during the day and read books,magazines without fearor guilt.I spent time with my daughter without worrying about him coming over and starting problems.
Take the time to find out who you are.Learn what makes you happy,what youare made ofand be proud of all of you❣️❣️ Because thats when you begin to heal😊💕#nothingisimpossibleifyoubelieve !!!!

JUST CLOSED ESCROW TODAY!!! Congrats to my buyers Mr and Mrs Moreno on their first new home 🏡 🍾🎉🎊🎈🎁. These buyers in particular wanted their first home to have a pool, certain school, certain square footage, certain year built ( and of coarse in a certain price range lol 😂) Needless to say I found them the exact match 🤷🏻♀️😱. Then I had to face the horrible challenge of fighting against 8 other buyers that all wanted the same home 😩🙈, but as I always tell my buyers " NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE " if it's meant to be it will be 🙏🏻 and we got the offer accepted 😀. To see the smile on my buyers and buyers sons face today as I handed them the keys 🔑 to their pool home was priceless 😄. I love my job. Thank you for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to represent you in this new journey God bless you all .

Things fall apart and you have to rebuild what took months or even years to build. What do most do ? QUIT.
Market changes, compensation changes, ur in a new territory/country and things don't go as expected. Most toast out.
Tony Robbins says it's not resources that people need but instead RESOURCEFULNESS.
Ever notice that some people seem to win at virtually everything they pursue ?
Look at Will Smith, Fran Tarkenton, John Elway and many others who have dominated in different arenas.
They have trained themselves and their brains to be resourceful and figure it out until... When there is no way, there is always a way.
So here goes nothing😆 #transformationtuesday . I started my journey 4 years ago. I was a young mom (I still am though😁) of 3 kids, homeless (Yup. 2013 we were homeless), broke, and depressed. I hated my life and the situation we were into and that time I realized I need a change. 🔹
Sometimes change starts with the things that we can see and then going deeper to the things that we can't see. In my case, changing my exterior appearance, slowly changed my inside appearance. 🔹
The more I dig deeper in my workout, I learn to embrace my physical & emotional weaknesses and others as well (especially my husband). I learn to love myself and care less about what other people think or say about me. I learn to be more responsible & accountable even with the small stuff. Maybe it's because of the post workout adrenaline rush or maybe because of the food choices I've made, the good, the bad and the ugly ones.. 😆Ha! 🔹
I don't know what it is but what I know is working out makes me feel happy.
It's my therapy.
When you feel happy.. It shows!😊 🔹
