Looking forward to getting back into calisthenics again. I haven't tried a gut lever since I hurt my rib a few weeks ago. Training was such a part of my life this past year, it's been weird not having a routine. And I've been feeling resistance getting back into one again which I need to break through. Tomorrow I'm committing to waking up and doing a few things in the morning at the very least. It's time to get going again.

I never diet. I work out in order to gain more muscles. This is painful. Always. You need to love the pain. You need passion. You need fitness to become your routine. IF you want progression - live it. But never ever go on diet. This means extra stress for your body, extra negative work for your muscles, which in days of dieting screem for Proteine. And other fueling components. If you want to lose your physique... do a diet. Slim but ..🤔without strength & power to put it in a nice way. I am thankful for every slightly fuller person in my classes☝🏼You know why? They rock. 💥🥇They hold on and push through💪🏼. When they have the courage to attend a fitness class, that's exactly the moment when they transform into fighters! 💥🔥🙌🏼👌🏼😃With so much more energy than any slim person on diet. They know the basics: Muscles burn calories! Not the jogging in the Park!!🌳🍂😐 The run is only a surplus but the mix of bodyweight training AND conditioning will lead to your next fitness level!! But definitely NO DIET! Ask your Gym's Nutritionist for your individual plan.
