Well the workout didn’t happen yesterday because throwing up four times and having only been able to eat saltine crackers was a pretty good reason to take a rest day. But I wanted to get it done today. And I did. 
But currently I am hella weak, a little shaky, tension headache, nauseous, and lightheaded. But I’m honestly surprised I finished it. By the halfway point I had almost thrown up twice and my head was pounding. Thank goodness for that 60 second break and something inside of me kept pushing me forward. 
This medicine is a doozy. I’m definitely gonna call their dermatologist tomorrow and see if it’s ok for me to stop taking it because I can’t do this for another 27 Days. β€’

I had my students do a plank shoulder tap competition to see who could take the longest amount of time to bring their hand from the floor to the opposite shoulder and back. The record was 48 seconds! These two students demonstrated their clapping push-ups! Very impressive. Everyone did an outstanding job doing their very best today which makes me proud of each one of them.

I'm pretty sure I'm not doing the hollow hops right, I think I needed to round my back and kept my core tight and hopped on my toes faster and a little higher! Equipment needed- none (extra toddler weight is optional) 
Instructions- do these tabata style (20 seconds one/10 seconds off until you reach 4 minutes.
