I had to take my training outside today as I'm currently out of a gym membership 😑. All is not lost...a short run, a 12 minute amrap and the these core exercises on a seesaw kind of thing! 🤔 sorted me out...
If you're not after lifting weights or cant get to a gym , there's still no reason you can't get outdoors and get your fitness done this way. Take advantage of the the weather right now, I'll be doing this too.

I get bored really easily, which is why I hate running! But this is an new move I learned (that I'm obsessed with!) and it keeps your mind occupied while your whole body is being worked! .
Tap each shoulder, hip, knees and then toes! Try for a minute!!! ☺️
Holding a plank position can be quite boring for an extended period of time. Try doing some of these variations to keep your workout exciting while working your core more!
