About a year and a half ago I made a promise to myself to go to the gym whenever possible, no more excuses. It wasn’t just to be healthier and fit, but to improve my discipline and mental health. Nine weeks ago I started my first powerlifting program and these are my results.
Thank you to all the gym partners that went with me helped teach this noob how to lift properly and motivated me to be a better person. Special thanks to my “online coach” @waard92 for not only starting me on this but for being the A1 cheerleader.
Best part of all this is, I’m only just getting started.

I usually don’t post too much about my personal life on social media but, yesterday marked a really big day for myself and my amazing team as we beat the country record of personal training sales!! I’m so happy and proud to have an amazing team go through this journey and help me accomplish the vision I have set out!!
