(10pm) Meal 5: Steak tacos. What can I say? I like Mexican food I guess. Normally I get the bowls from chipotle but I’d never tried their hard shell tacos so… yeah they were alright. NOT PICTURED. A quesadilla from chipotle as well. A little more food than I’d like to admit to eating at 10 pm at night. .

(7) Meal 5: Carne sad and sweet potato (yams?) with some awesome salad I made up. I’m getting back into salads now! Oh and I had a few gluten free cookies for a treat that my wife bought. “Gluten free” = healthy right? 😂😂

(7:30 pm) Meal 4: CINNAMON LIFE CEREAL. OH MY GOODNESS. Haven’t had cereal in a bit. Not exactly in line with my goals but it’s nice to have a treat every now and again. Life cereal is totally a treat to me. .
Once again didn’t get all my meals in and went a little off course but that’s ok. Let’s see what we can do tomorrow. .

I’ve worked within London local councils at a senior Campaigns/Communications level & also worked in other public sector organisations etc..... .
This campaign could have been executed slightly differently to ensure greater impact. Look out for the blogpost this week. .
Whilst I respect the attempts made and support the message in this campaign, I’m intrigued to know what the brief was - who is it aimed at and what are the objectives of doing this beyond “raising awareness”? It would take a lot more to achieve behaviour change via the people who are actually living and experiencing gangs/youth violence and bullying. Catchy beat though, but most young people who are understanding of “road code” will not relate much to the visuals I’m seeing here. London needs people like @stormzyofficial @officialwretch32 @dappy100 @bashy @therealkano @tinchystryder @officialjamelia @badgalriri @professorgreen @jamaledwards @therealghetts 
@lisamaffiauk @officialgiggs etc on these campaigns it would be a much better use of Government budget alongside some community champions and the backing of channels like community (& pirate) radio stations. I’ve been saying this for years! Would love to see the results and impact of this campaign. We need to be be opening youth clubs and outreach in the community. A video and hashtag is just a small part of the solution

Inclusivity yes. Diversity yes. And when we look at the stats, are any of the “real” victims, families or individuals affected by knife crime conveyed in this campaign? We need harder hitting messages led by real people. This will do well in schools. But on the streets, this may not be as effective. Blog post coming soon

I don't always post gym pictures, but when I do..
I make sure to hit one exercise for each part of my upper body before running to the locker room, find the mirror(s) which offer the best quality lighting, get in a stance you'll never find me in outside of the gym, semi-flex(that perfect medium in between calm/relaxed and trying to 💩 constipated) hold my breath right until I feel I'm about to pass out, crop out my legs when possible, take the shirt off(duh) lower my shorts in attempt to pass my gut for a V because I don't hit/have abs, hit the sauna prior to all this so I'm extra sweaty to highlight the cuts, and all I'm missing is wrist straps to cut my circulation so I look vascular!!!😖💪🏽 Whatever it take my friends🍺... 😂😂😂👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
