⭐️BP SPECIAL MENTIONS⭐️ This is Daniel who is 14 and a super talented ice figure skater! He has been a client of the body project since he was 10years old! For the last four years he has trained with kelly, has had regular soft tissue work with nina and katie and this year has been doing 1-2-1 yoga with Jude!! #team
He is going from strength to strength and was recently third in the Sheffield IJS - basic novice B - which is the second biggest comp other than British (which he has also now Qualified for). His mobility has improved significantly due to his work with Jude and this is transferring into his on-ice performance!

It's been a month since I stepped foot in the gym - and a painful summer of injuries.... this is a throw back to the start of the summer when I got back on it with a "first session" after my last episode with my back. These cycles more than anything have taught me that in life you don't get one fresh start, you fall and get back up so many times and you might fall again at any given time- don't give up!.... I consider myself a warrior, a fighter and a survivor - nothing holds me down, and especially not myself!! Anyone who exercises regularly knows that if you take a break you lose endorphins and in response to that your body makes you believe you are depressed or low and weak, and in return you lose motivation - PLEASE don't believe it!
People keep telling me to lift heavy or go crazy because they've seen me do it before, but when my body needs rest I give it that, I respect what my body asks for and I take it at my own pace.... it's annoying when you can't do what you were able to do before, and I'm not telling anyone not to push their limits a little bit, but always make sure you respect the signals your body is giving you, don't listen to anyone else.
Today - I had the all clear by my specialist to get back on it 😈 I'm still in pain but I will start where I need to even if that's starting at 0 and I'm so fucking excited to go!!!!! Gym buddies - watch out. Fatty is back in town xx 🐢 💪🏽
Yesterdays 'warm up' was 2 times a 5 minute EMOM. The first EMOM I had to do 5 touch and go snatches every minute and the second EMOM 5 touch and go Clean and Jerks every minute. I like this kind of EMOMs!
