The thing about space pants... Is that they are made out of this super sleek slippery material. So when you are say... doing jumps on a bike during spin class, things slip. Like my big ol' booty when I slipped right off my seat, with my arms flaying and an "eek!" escaped from my mouth. Thankfully there was a wall behind me that I ricocheted off of, and bounced back on to my seat before I damaged myself. I'm pretty sure nobody noticed because the guy two bikes down screamed out "don't worry, nobody saw that!". Ummm... Today's workout was a CHALLENGE! However, I was determined to crush the heck out of it, even if I had to modify most of it due to listening to my body and the round ligament pain I've been experiencing. 
This #FitPregnancy has a lot of things that go with it ... but the most important thing is listening to the body and taking care of what it needs. 💪🏼 And that goes for anyone and their #FitJourney... it's ok to modify and get through the whole workout vs quit once it gets hard. Each day will get easier on your muscles, and each week your body will be able to push more than it did prior. Remember, you're lapping everyone who sits on the couch 👊🏼 and for that, you should be PROUD! 😻 #RealLife

No doubt I blast my back every time with this workout.

And the weight just keeps coming off. Today is day four of no meat, and guys I wanna explain to you why I don’t entirely want to consume meat. Yes I like meat, but lately I had been feeling bloated and just gross so I needed to purify my body of all the junk I had been eating. Including meat. Although I have not entirely converted, I would be okay with having meat once a week but eventually I want to reach a place of wholesomeness inside myself where it’s not a necessity to function everyday. Meat once a week sure, but I want to be okay with no meat at all eventually. It’s a work in progress and so far I feel awesome! Lighter, healthier and stronger! I do need protein shakes though, which I’m gonna look into as well as some different recipes for tofu so it can taste good.
