Final week of this wendler cycle. 205kg for 4 reps. Just 1 amrap set as always. Don't really have a goal in mind for this particular lift but it feels good to pick up something heavy.
On a side note, knee sleeves stop your shins bleeding and also make your calves look bigger. Win win 👍🏻

They use every second of their day productively by removing distractions such as negative people, television and habits that don’t serve them - because they waste time. The more time we invest in our dreams - the more likely we are to succeed.
Today's workout was a CHALLENGE! However, I was determined to crush the heck out of it, even if I had to modify most of it due to listening to my body and the round ligament pain I've been experiencing.
This #FitPregnancy has a lot of things that go with it ... but the most important thing is listening to the body and taking care of what it needs. 💪🏼 And that goes for anyone and their #FitJourney ... it's ok to modify and get through the whole workout vs quit once it gets hard. Each day will get easier on your muscles, and each week your body will be able to push more than it did prior. Remember, you're lapping everyone who sits on the couch 👊🏼 and for that, you should be PROUD! 😻 #RealLife

My main three exercises I always start my back workouts with include
Pull-ups, Single-arm rows, and Lat pulldowns.
No doubt I blast my back every time with this workout.
1️⃣Pull ups 3 sets to failure
2️⃣Single-arm rows 3 sets x 10 reps/arms
3️⃣Lat-pulldowns 4 sets x 10-12 reps
4️⃣Lat extensions 3 sets x 10 reps
5️⃣Cable bicep curls 3 sets x 10-12 reps
