I've been feeling like I've gained 100lbs while on this vacation so I just had to find a #crossfit gym, luckily there is one like 5 minutes away from me @crossfitsavior . Loved this place! I was able to get a good work out in... oh yeah we had to uber there & back & got a nice healthy spinach, kale, mango, pineapple & protein smoothie after the #wod , then we got ready for the water park... full day today, I'm literally falling asleep posting this lol! #florida#workoutwhileonvacation#uber#crossfit#dropin#awesomegym#workoutwithmynephew

Transformation Tuesday!! Vacation workout video!!! My vacations used to consist of sitting on the beach drinking and eating. Mind u it was fun at the time but now my vacations incorporate my healthier lifestyle.
While in Florida I rollerbladed and biked daily!! It was glorious!
And bonus I got to still eat my face off and not gain my usual 10 lbs vacation weight. Lol.
Yesterday - Getting my 1st workout on the ship and I won't be missing a workout for sure. Thank goodness for being able to download them with Beachbody on Demand 😁 and for bringing my pre workout drink and all it's goodness to help me get my workout on despite my lack of sleep from travelling the night before.
True story yesterday while waiting on line to board the ship someone says to me as they seem my holding my workout mat that I brought with me, "Yoga?" And I said "yes among my other workouts" she said? "No honey you are not going to be working out are you? You don't have to do that! You are going to make all of us feel bad!" I said " yes I am going to be working out and don't feel bad, come join me. I will be the one working out outside on the deck taking in the ocean breeze and sun as I workout. It's only for 30mins and I love it!" ...
Who carries a purse on the plane with them?
Not me!! I carry my gym bag💪There are too many important things in there for me to leave it at home!
In the past 10 months, this bag has gone on all of my vacations (this will be it's 5th)! Working out is a part of my vacation! I love being fit and felling good! So why would I stop that on vacation?!
Day 3 Hell Week! I got up early today to kill today's workout before I spend hours on a plane. I skipped one with our Hell Week to get some weights in so I actually did tomorrow's workout: 21 Day Fix Extreme Upper Fix and I added a bonus workout 21 Day Fix Extreme 10 minute Hard Core. My whole virtual accountability and support group are grinding it our togther for hell week! @seekiralift check my form please🙃. Yes I'm in Panama on vacation but it's too hot to be outside at midday and I needed to move after a day of travel. Saw these dumbell snatches on insta and decided to try them as a finisher. Silly faces I know, but I don't care because it felt amazing 💪🏼✨

Well as some of you may know, my girls love to workout with me & when they know I haven't done them, they make sure I get it done 👊
They are my daily push & it's so rewarding to know that I'm inspiring them to live a fit-healthy life.
NOW..... my hubby is another story 😄
the only thing we do together as a fit-healthy family is eat healthy. He loves to eat healthy & I'm glad because that means I get to cook 1 meal for all 👍
Lately, he been wanting to jump in with me & workout but just puts all the excuses in the book🤔😂
During our vacation he got tempted & did a battle workout with me & we killed it👊 love that I was able to capture this moment.
Next week we will continue our fit journey together & implement workouts.

Some might think it's insane to workout while on vacation but actually it's the most sane thing to do.
Let me tell you why.
Not only does it gives me more energy to enjoy the rest of the day, I get to wake up early & my days are super long to make the best of it.
Another plus is to inspire others to see that there's no excuses & you could literally workout anywhere, anytime & do something good for your health 💪

Love, love this workouts with all this animals/bugs names. It adds some fun to all this no nonsense workouts here in my campo.
Plus it's only 22 minutes, can't beat that!! Perfect during my vacation.
I was worried about going on vacation and not having my 'gym' with me. I don't have my DVD's, I don't have my weights, etc. But BOD makes it so easy, and literally has eliminated ANY and EVERY excuse to NOT workout! It's mobile so I can take it with me LITERALLY wherever I go!! Just because I am on vacation doesn't mean I should let everything fall the the way side...So I woke up early before our day gets crazy, grabbed our iPad, pushed play, and that was that. Now I'm DONE and get to go meet my amazing upline coach! SO excited! And I'm so stoked to see my awesome personally sponsored coach on Sunday! 😀
