Anabolismo é o estado em que seu corpo constrói tecido muscular. Quando você descansa, seu corpo começa a reparar o tecido muscular danificado. Dessa forma, é durante o repouso, e não no exercício, que seu corpo desenvolve a massa muscular.

Catabolismo é o estado do seu corpo que degenera o tecido muscular. Sempre que você treina, seja cardio ou musculação, você está fadigando os músculos. Quanto mais longo e difícil for seu treino, mais dano você causa ao tecido muscular. 
Como se manter em estado anabólico por mais tempo?

Se alimentar bem é fundamental. Procure comer de 3 em 3 horas. Quando você não come por um bom período de tempo, seu corpo começa a usar o tecido muscular como fonte de energia (catabolismo). A melhor maneira de evitar isso é comer várias vezes por dia, começando de manhã.

Nunca pule o café da manhã. Quando você acorda, seu corpo está há um bom tempo sem receber nutrientes, e certamente já entrou no catabolismo. Dessa forma, você precisa se alimentar rapidamente, a fim de entrar em estado anabólico o mais rápido possível.

Controlar o tempo de treino também é muito importante. Nunca treine por mais de 90 minutos (o ideal é 60). Quanto mais você treina, mais seus músculos se degeneram. Se você quer ganhar massa muscular, precisa ter em mente que o treino é apenas um estímulo. A partir do momento que você já conseguiu estimular os músculos para crescer, o resto do seu treino é um desperdício. Se você passa horas na academia, procure aumentar a intensidade do seu treino e diminuir a duração. 60 minutos estão de bom tamanho.

Por fim, você deve dar o devido descanso aos músculos para que eles se desenvolvam satisfatoriamente. Procure dormir ao menos 8h por dia, e divida o seu treino com inteligência, evitando que seu corpo trabalhe os mesmos grupos musculares em dias seguidos. Como se manter em estado anabólico por mais tempo? Se alimentar bem é fundamental. Procure comer de 3 em 3 horas. Quando você não come por um bom período de tempo, seu corpo começa a usar o tecido muscular como fonte de energia (catabolismo). A melhor maneira de evitar isso é comer várias vezes por dia, começando de manhã. Nunca pule o café da manhã. Quando você acorda, seu corpo está há um bom tempo sem receber nutrientes, e certamente já entrou no catabolismo. Dessa forma, você precisa se alimentar rapidamente, a fim de entrar em estado anabólico o mais rápido possível. Controlar o tempo de treino também é muito importante. Nunca treine por mais de 90 minutos (o ideal é 60). Quanto mais você treina, mais seus músculos se degeneram. Se você quer ganhar massa muscular, precisa ter em mente que o treino é apenas um estímulo. A partir do momento que você já conseguiu estimular os músculos para crescer, o resto do seu treino é um desperdício. Se você passa horas na academia, procure aumentar a intensidade do seu treino e diminuir a duração. 60 minutos estão de bom tamanho. Por fim, você deve dar o devido descanso aos músculos para que eles se desenvolvam satisfatoriamente. Procure dormir ao menos 8h por dia, e divida o seu treino com inteligência, evitando que seu corpo trabalhe os mesmos grupos musculares em dias seguidos. ■//Why light weight high reps aren’t the best way to stimulate hypertrophy when it comes to traditional training. However If the training style is switched, we can induce hypertrophy through metabolic stimuli. Long TUT (time under tension) training is based on the principle that our muscles act like a tourniquet to occlude the blood going passed it similar to BFR training. This means the contracting muscle squeezes the vessels delivering blood to it and does not allow for anything to return. This is why we get the “pump” when the metabolites (by products of the cellular activity from the muscle) begin to accumulate the muscle sense that it’s overloaded. This eventually leads to muscular adaptations.

When performing the exercise go through 95% of the ROM while keeping an isometric contraction at the end ranges this will allow for a constant contraction of the muscle. The reps should between 4-6 seconds or increase the number of reps under tension. The set should end when the burn starts to be too much. .

■//The results of some studies suggest that this style of training can lead to muscle adaptations despite of the sub maximal loads, however the protein synthesis began 24-30 hours after the training session.
