“I think the insecurities I had about myself is what led me into the direction with fitness. I’m very thankful for all the insecurities I did have because of it I fell in love with this lifestyle. It wasn’t until I started competing where I felt even more in love on how the body can transform the way I wanted it to. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have any insecurities, because I do! I have times were a doubt myself or don’t think I’m good enough!
Getting caught in comparing yourself to other people on Instagram rather than comparing myself to my old self. What I’m saying is it’s OK the downs yourself it’s OK to not know what your next move is. Focus on your internally and everything else will fall into place. Always Remember progress takes time, and never give up one your journey. Don’t give a crap if it takes longer than expected work hard until you get where you wanna be.” All credits to @crystal_ball -
