If something is important to you it's simple. Plan your workouts, put them in your diary and follow through. If you want to lose weight, firm up and just get healthy treat your workouts as appointments. Don't book a hair cut or plan a midweek dinner out when you had a workout planned. Possibly the best I have ever felt running a session today. Personally this week has been one of the most challenging I've ever had physically and mentally and a massive step towards being the healthiest me possible. I've had some amazing conversations with clients struggling with all kinds of issues and it's the coming together of people that makes amazing things happen. RU ok day isn't the 14th of September it's everyday! I've never felt more satisfaction in my working life and it was topped off with being rewarded with these mums kicking ass today. It's infectious! A trainer isn't great because they look amazing, because they can deadlift twice their body weight or because they eat the healthiest diet possible. Being a trainer is about getting the best out of the person who comes to you for help. I'm uber pumped for the next few months of all of us becoming the healthiest we can be and I hope your with me! 10 years a trainer and I only feel like I'm about to hit my straps to be the best trainer I can be for all of you! Thanks to those who have been my shoulder to lean on this week and everyone who left sweat in the gym. Get ready for the next level 💪🏻

At the start of winter a heap of people signed up for our 12 week deal. Today I was wrapped to have Hollie come up to me after boot camp and let me know how much she had enjoyed it and that she had so far LOST 10kgs! The results speak for themselves and Hollies fitness has improved 100%! Back to our roots this morning. Walk sprint up liddesdale, jog down kars st, 3 hill sprints, jog on the sand back to Olivers hill, shuffle back to the goat stairs. Figure 8 of the stairs to finish. Lazy 6 kilometres of fartlek training to get your hump day started. Well done guys you may have noticed an increase in intensity the last few weeks. We are heading into the best time of year for the morning sessions and I have lots of outdoor sessions planned. Keep smashing it!
