Never miss a Monday! Back at it after a rest day & cheat meal yesterday. This has been my go to workout machine since day 1 & literally helped me save my life. At 485lbs I was looking for a machine that was low impact on my joints & a workout I enjoyed. I found that the crossramp was like an elliptical but I could change the incline & since it was against the wall I could zone out everyone in the gym with my music. I told myself if they were staring behind me I’d give them a reason & show them what I was made of.  This was my workout just 30 mins for the first 6 months of my journey & my go to. You don’t have to live in the gym! Every time I challenged myself to beat my time & slowly but surely my legs got stronger, I got smaller, and it got easier. Find a workout you love & always challenge yourself to be better! After taking a solid four days off from training- it felt great to be back. Woke up with zero pain today! The rest and rolling out my traps with a tennis ball everyday definitely helped.

Took it a bit easy today.. trained back, rear delts & biceps.

I feel like rear delts are extremely over looked and there is more than one way to hit them besides using the pec deck machine.
Haven't done this one in the longest time (behind the neck pull down) What's your favorite way to hit your rear delts?!
