Everything finished inside and out. I can move on to the next stage in my private life and pursue some of my many other and very different interests. It’s been hard work for some months with this project. My house here as seen from the beach just 50 m to the south. Partying tomorrow for the first time at this location with very good friends. #Music#Dance#Aperitif will be #Aperol Spritz. For those of you who have forgotten the recipe it’s three parts of prosecco, two parts of Aperol and one part of soda, of course with ice and orange. I can recommend. The wine for the first course will be #Schloss Vollrads erstes gewaechs. For the main course I’m thinking of a red Margaux. I assume this will be a good start for the party. Warm up this weekend with this #aperitifchic Lillet Tarte Punch.
10 cl LILLET Blanc
10 cl cloudy apple juice
1 cl lemon juice
slice of apple & cinnamon stick
Heat all ingredients (not boiling). Use a heat resistant cup. Decorate with a slice of apple and a cinnamon stick.
