Weighted hip thrusts (w/ resistance band) x10 reps
3 sets @ 70kg
3 sets @ 90kg
3 sets @ 80kg
Final set @ 70kg

I prefer to build my strength this way rather than hitting a PB for 4 reps etc but that's just me (my PB is 110kg but that was ages ago I could top that now) 😊
So 200 reps to begin my glutes workout.. then I go onto cable squats, kick backs, jump squats, machines etc!
Adding resistance bands really helps keeping the exercise focused on your glutes and my god the burn 🔥🔥

3/100: Barefoot in the basement with just a mat and band kind of workout. I didn't push myself today. I miss screwing around with weights though. Back to the gym maybe Thurs. Not in the best of moods lately, and my workouts, oddly enough, seem to reflect that. I'm just human 🤷🏻♀️ #progressnotperfection
