Minha parte inferior do corpo é sempre a primeira a condicionar. Na verdade, eu não tenho muita dificuldade com condicionamento, exemplo disso são minhas costas, foram 3 anos sem tocar nelas para que elas pudessem ter esse aspecto, sem fibras e afins (sim, minha dorsal fibrava antes 🙈) Eu me orgulho tanto do trabalho que consegui com meu coach 😍 Quantas pessoas falaram que eu eu não iria entrar no padrão Wellness atual, que eu era condicionada demais pra categoria, volume demais, secura demais 😂
E isso foi me estimulando, eu sempre pensava "Eu moldo meu corpo conforme minha vontade" E assim foi. Vocês têm noção do que é fazer um trabalho de 'descondicionamento' ? É chato pra caralho. Mas eu fiz 😤😎 E hoje, já escolhi a minha nova 'carcaça', estarei apresentado-a a vocês dentro de algumas... semanas (?) veremos rs

The LEGENDARY Odd Haugen Tombstone. 420lbs (190kg) of awkward, enormous, nature stone. I believe Jesse Marunde was the only other strongman to have ever shouldered this stone. Today was my first time ever attempting it! Doing this with a regular stone for me is relatively easy, however this stone simply does not roll up the body. Year 1 vs. Year 6 of weight training!
As you can see I wasn’t given the biggest genetic build, so everything I have I worked for naturally. It’s crazy to think I’m in my 6th year of weight training. For 6 years I have developed my skills in knowledge in nutrition, weight lifting, anatomy etc.
Obviously the first couple years I didn’t really know what I was doing, which probably slowed down a lot of progress but, we have to learn/start somewhere!
Can’t wait to see what the upcoming years have in store for me!

Great day at work, got my phone battery replaced (thanks #apple ), and then had a great bicep and tricep session at the gym! Here’s the finisher for triceps. I probably should have had my hands a little closer together now that I’m looking at it, but this is set number 4 and I was getting burnt out and was grinding it out hardcore! Thanks to @lupe.avilez for the video and making me look strong!
