When you're tired of wearing so many masks, when you forgot how your face looks like, try this: - choose one mask(for example, happy person mask, but it can be any of your choice)
- wear only this mask for at least a month
- after one month, try to understand how do you feel yourself wearing this mask. If you feel comfortable - then this is who you are now, accept yourself. If not - start again, and choose another mask, until you find yourself.
There is nothing wrong in wearing masks, just don't change them too often.
