5️⃣ minutes! That's all it takes to get your sweat on! Try this one with me before Thanksgiving day gets crazy! Tag @corefitfix and tell me what you think. Every minute on the minute do 1️⃣0️⃣ jump squats and 4️⃣0️⃣ mountain climbers back to back. (Each time your knee goes in to your chest that's one.) You want to go through as quickly as you can so you can use the remainder of the minute to rest. Then when you get to one minute reset your clock and start again! Do this five times total! If you don't finish within the minute then just keep rolling to the next round when you are done. Key to this is to go quick💨 and knock it out! 👊 There is just no excuse not to find five minutes for you! Tell your family you're using the bathroom if you have to!🚽😆Most importantly Happy Thanksgiving friends! When I originally got these weights for Hubs, I could not physically lift the 52.2 lbs dumbbell and it’s cradle to move them. >> Last night, I moved my gym from the garage into the dining room cause Baby A has been sick. >> Yep, that included these weights. I moved them. I decided it was worth it b/c I was guaranteed results while keeping my chocolate, wine, and pizza too!😍 I’m sorry, but that’s a deal breaker for me! 🤷‍♀️ I want to be healthy and fit as much as the next gal, but not if it means sacrificing my faves!  No way, no how!! So, while I was out yesterday I picked up a lot of healthy items, but these 3 were coming home too!😍 My last group of the year starts Monday. NSV! The first time I sewed a pattern by @georgeandgingerpatternco I had to cut a size 14 😞 I was in shock and thought there was no way I was that size. I mean I was squeezing myself into size 8 jeans, so how could I be measuring that big? I cut it anyway and sure enough it fit just right... Soon after that is when I started working on my health and fitness FOR REAL. At home workouts, portion controlled clean eating, a daily superfood shake, and support from my wellness group have all gotten me to where I am now. Today I made this #thankfultop in a size 6 😃 (and I probably could've even made the 4) .

Today was one of those days that didn’t go as planned.  I had planned to go to the gym early to do some sprints.  I had planned to take my kids to the park to play.  I had planned to go to the mall for some pre-black Friday shopping.  But as most moms knows, with kids, things rarely go as planned.  My oldest woke up with a cold which meant we were basically homebound.  No park, no mall, and no gym with a sickie :-( That’s how life goes as a mom.  Well, not just for moms.  For us all right?  Things don’t go as planned, we get busy, side tracked, and usually, the first thing that gets pushed aside is our health. Especially this time of year.  Friends, this is the time of year where it’s crucial to stay on track!  YES of course you’re not going to be perfect.  YES of course you’re going to enjoy treats and splurges.  But YES of course you can stay on track 80% of the time and make your health a priority during this busy holiday season.

Maintaining consistency through the next several weeks is going to keep you on track with your health and fitness goals.  It’s also going to keep you from having to start over come January 1st!!! Don't stress about Thanksgiving dinner and tomorrow enjoy your food, your family and/or friends. If you have been working hard in your fitness goals, one dinner should not make all your progress go away. But also, don't take it as an excuse to go for seconds, thirds, forths... eat a plate and if you want, eat that slice of pie 😉 We only live once! #yolo and if you restrict yourself completely from having the foods you like you will go insane! Transformation thanksgiving eve 🦃 The dress on the left I bought to cover up everything underneath my brother actually told my sister in law it looked like we were wearing a trash bag not an actual dress. Well I liked wearing a trash bag if I could hide.

Since I was making so much food for tomorrow I decided I wasn't going to cook a different dinner for tonight too, so we're having a wine and apricot glazed ham (sugar free apricot jam( #keto stuffing 😍😍 and cheesy green bean casserole (which my husband ate damn near the whole pan) so I guess no leftovers of that one

Some people may have an allergy or intolerance to certain foods, or difficulty moderating, therefore choose to avoid (currently me with most refined sugar and large amounts of dairy) but if not I say GO FOR IT. I will be enjoying big servings of noodles, mashed potatoes, and stuffing! Then back on my usual plan. Feeling good about my celebration and not deprived of fun and traditions. I need a healthy life that includes yummy holiday meals! My plan is sustainable for a lifetime! GRATEFUL! 😊

Truth is, it isn't always pretty. 
Today was a grind, and even twenty minutes in I was still watching the clock. It wasn't until there was 7 minutes left of the workout where I was finally enjoying myself. Eventually it felt great, and when I was done it was so satisfying. 
For some reason we're afraid of the hard stuff in life, and when it's over, most of the time we realize it wasn't so bad. Lately I've had to really psych myself up for workouts, the laziness can really take over. But I keep thinking about it everyday, so I know it's important to me. I've been pressing play for two plus years, and I know the benefits of this lifestyle, so I will never quit. 
I'm looking forward to ending 2017 with a bang, and feeling great in 2018, especially for our vacation. Showing up always seems easier when I have a good reason to, like a bikini! Lol

I was about to try a workout from a program that I haven’t done yet and Olivia said she wanted to work out with me, so I figured this is the perfect time to try out the new “doubles” workout we have! I went with an easier one since she’s only 4, but this can be kicked up a notch and get a good sweat going with another adult such as a friend or spouse too! I’m definitely going to keep doing these with Olivia so as she gets older we can get her involved and move up to the harder ones. I love that she sees me working out and is always asking about it and sometimes joins in too. Our children are watching, remember that! .

We weren’t going to skip town without getting our workout in first! There’s no holidays for those who make health and fitness their lifestyle. Sweat Intervals did just what it sounds like- MADE US SWEAT! 💦

I maxed out at 6:53 and Steve maxed out at 11:23. Both of our bodies are super sore and exhausted from the last 2 workouts. I’m super stoked that we pushed through! 👊🏻💪🏻

Got our transportation all set up today to get us from the Cancun airport ✈️ to our resort in the Rivera Maya 🏖 for the FREE trip we earned thanks to my coaching biz 🤗 so I figured I better throw on a bikini and see where I’m at! 👙👓 Our trip might not be until April, but bikini bodies are made in the winter so it’s time to get a MOVE ON! 👊🏻 (plus it’s still like 85 degrees here in AZ ☀️ so a bikini makes perfect sense even though it’s the day before Thanksgiving RIGHT??? lol 😂) I still can’t believe this is one of my JOBS…work on my #bikinigoals 💪🏻 help others work on #whateverTFtheirowngoalsare 👯‍♀️ AND earn free trips for doing it 🤸🏻‍♀️#thankscoaching 🙏🏻 Link in bio if you want in on this shiz with me!✌🏻 I’m off to celebrate the start of the long holiday weekend with family and friends and a glass or two of 🍷👌🏻

A little known fact about me - I was once a dancer.  I mean...nothing major, but I danced at a studio from when I was young through high school.  And since I stopped, I find that I will miss it every now and then. ⠀
I'm pretty sure it explains my obsession with So You Think You Can Dance!😜

Shaun T came out with the CIZE program a couple years ago.  At first I was a little skeptic, but saw enough videos of it, I had to try it.  The first few dance workouts were a little basic (for me) but as I progressed through they got a little tougher, longer and faster.  By the time I got the the last one in the series - Livin' in the 8s - I loved it! ⠀

And yes, It is a workout - lots of cardio!!⠀

You don’t need to punish yourself for eating and enjoying food. You don’t need to do 100 burpees to ‘earn’ a piece of pie. Today was kind of a bummer having to skip it for a fasted blood test...but as you can see it and #hulkmode were ready and waiting for me. 
Why is my preworkout better than yours? 🔥Beta-alanine to help your muscles last longer and allow you to push harder. It also contributes to a fun little tingle that will get you movin and groovin! 💃🏼
Beta-alanine is also especially effective at improving performance for high intensity interval training which explains why I HATED cardio before I switched to this liquid motivation and now I crave it.
🔥Caffeine which is a widely accepted training component to improve energy, reaction time, mental acuity and fatigue. But what I love about this stuff is that it’s effective even with a low dose of 100 mg. I’ve used tons of preworkouts in the past ranging from 120-300 mg per serving which can feel amazing while you are riding the high...but doesn’t feel so great when you crash, blow out your adrenal glands or on a day like today when I had to skip and would have had a raging headache on any other brand.
