What is left.
A presaved photograph on my Instagram feed before everything disappeared. I dropped my external hard drive Thursday morning. 1.5 TB of photos, graphics, work, everything... gone. Just like that.
I documented 2 years of my life and it's gone just like that. Amazing, right?! I was shocked that I cried. I was shocked that my digital hoarding tendencies meant that much to me because I never cry! Never! Ever!
It took several days to get over but I think I am okay. I think I am okay with this digital purge. It was the ultimate purge and the ultimate way to start over.
Now, do I push "replay" to every adventure I had over the past 2 years....
Push "play" to new great adventures?
Parks in the Pines
General Store on Historic Route 66
Elevation 7,051 ft.
Teeny tiny historic town vibes ✨❤ This is the closest store to our house, and it's still at least 10 miles away. This is also apparently the highest part of Old Route 66, and no doubt one of the most beautiful and mountainous sections of the motherroad. A quick Google search told me that little old Parks, AZ is one of the most top rated Route 66 historic destinations 😍 my girlhood dreams of living in the wild, wild West have certainly come true.
Nothing better than a good beer and a good view combined 🙏(& some chicken wings to top it off) We live only about 5 miles from this beautiful spot ❤🌟 close enough to see the same cows that graze this land grazing in our neighborhood 🐮
