As you saw from the video itself, the workout didn't go according to plan.
This week's deadlift jump was a little to much for my CNS to handle. overall 
we have good and bad days in and out of the gym the important thing to remember 
is we went in and tried. we didn't quit. Program adjustments being made and I shall 
continue to push forward. on the bright side 165 for 3 reps is still an overall PR for sumo. .

Why is this so important? 
Your body will adapt to the same stresses that you put on it. Say you are a new lifter and start lifting 135 and see some amazing gains from it and you continue doing the same weight and reps each week, you will eventually hit a plateau. What could this person do to avoid hitting a plateau while keeping the weight the same? They could change up the amount of sets they do and/or the reps. As long as you are changing something and putting a new stress on the body you are less likely to hit a plateau. .

My goal is to constantly change up my workouts with the amount of sets, reps, order of exercises and type of exercises. I hate not seeing progress, and that is why I am always changing my workouts up. Next time you go workout flip flop your entire workout. Do the exercise you do last first and the first exercise you do last. It's amazing what small changes can do!

Deadlift training well under way. Light weight today and trying to get that explosive pull off the floor. Also I've been letting the bar get away from me so my back has been rounding but I'm pretty happy with these apart from a bit of a sloppy 3rd rep, but I must have know that cos I set myself right for the next 2. I didn't realise til lately how much a complicated and technical lift the deadlift is. I thought it was just yanking the weight off the ground any way possible haha. How wrong!?
