I have had back pain since I hit puberty. My mother never believed that it was pain, just soreness from physical activity. These are my before and after x-rays of my lumbar spine from Oct 2013 and Jan 2014. Some people don't believe in chiropractic care, and many insurances won't cover it. My insurance believes chiropractors are quacks. X-rays don't lie. You can see the change in my spine alignment and location. I still have tremendous pain from neck to hip and it fluctuates in location for what is the worst. Lately it's been consistent right below my shoulder blades and twisting, bending, and just turning is excruciating. Sitting on the couch and the slightest movement can lock it up and I'm stuck in that exact position in pain until it loosens. I decided it was time to quit tolerating the pain and see a new chiropractor. He was very assertive in saying my thoracic spine is LOCKED down and that my back is "all jacked up". I received electromagnetic heat shock therapy and it felt AMAZING. Thoracic still gridlocked, but I could immediately feel a massive difference.

I've been having my fair shares of difficulties in term of niggles and illnesses in the last couple of months BUT it is also a learning process, how I cope with the situations and how I handle it as well as the actions I take.
I've been down about it I'm not gonna lie but thanks for my amazing coach @ajmorris_ always keeps me going and reminds me to focus on the positive things 💪💪💪 in this case... My pull sessions are going very well so I get my recharge and motivation from this session 💪💪 and I focus to keep my niggles in check with osteo treatments as well as resting and autoregulating some of my session!
Sometimes doing more is not helpful! Train smart and look after your body!

I seriously LOVE that I can just take my laptop outside and get my workout in while Archer plays! So flipping awesome! And yes I'm using his sand toys for my markers😂💪🏼
