Get some back work in today!!! 🏋🏼 I will put the workout down below 🤗🤗 I've been using mostly body weight exercises to slim down, so now I've decided to really start adding weight training 5 times/ week and increasing calories to begin reshaping my body (because let's be real, cardio would never do that but the weights will!!). This would be my first time deadlifting in the last two years. I warmed up for a bit then started with these deads at 145 for 5 set x 10 reps. Can't wait to see how my form ok these progresses as well. Make it a fit day, y'all!!!! ⏹ Deadlifts for 10 reps with 5 sets Superset 1️⃣ Unilateral Pull Downs then Pull Downs then High Wide Grip Rows (12 reps of each exercise for 4 sets) Superset 2️⃣ Straight Arm Pull Downs then Lay-down Dumbbell Pullovers then Bent Over Plate Rows (12 reps for 4 sets)

215kg / 474lb deadlift for 1 set of 1-4 reps. got 3 reps pretty easy on my first attempt and then lost grip on my straps LOL. knew i had 4 reps for sure so i went for a 2nd set and got it, albeit with more difficulty. should've just strapped up properly on the first set 😧 or maybe just grown some forearm flexors 😂
