After a busy afternoon swimming with the littlies, we rustled up a fajita style dinner. It’s a really quick dinner to prepare and you can add pretty much anything you like. I used fajita seasoning with some harissa and paprika, added in some frozen peppers and some frozen onions- means no chopping and still all the goodness! Why I didn’t get these sooner, I don’t know!
I added in some puy lentils and served with grated cheese, garlic and onion sauce, toms with cucumber and parsley and some crunchy salad. Our bellies are now full!
WOW Day 6 and I am still totally #obsessed with this program! It’s been a busy week and so being planned and prepped was key to our success so far!
I’m so proud of my hubby for making it (almost) through week one with me! Definitely makes it easier for me knowing that my partner in crime has my back and is doing it right alongside me! Even if it means missing out on work lunch with the boys.(I told him he could just take his packed lunch to the restaurant! 🤷🏻♀️) The first week is ALWAYS the toughest, but once you get through that it gets easier! The best way to get through it is just to find joy in the day to day and enjoy the ride! And then maybe go to sleep a bit earlier 😉💤😴
What I’ve realized this week so far is how good it feels to eat properly!! Yes, I miss the sugary snacks and extra treats I may have had throughout the holidays, but to feel less bloated, clear minded and energetic is quite an incredible feeling! It’s actually what is keeping me strong right now! .
We’ve already seen some pretty amazing results through this program and I’m so excited for our transformation in 12 more weeks...yikes that sounds long!😳😳😳 nah, we got this. 💪🏻💪🏻
I am determined to see this program through and I know it’s going to set us up in the future to make better food and health choices as well as not giving up on the goals we set for ourselves and for our little family❤️

Well I got 260k but but not from reforging ais (bc it's bs hard) but from reforging the divine dames clothing and now my defensive stats are more balanced rather than mostly def....which I dont mind but it does and doesn't fit the class... here's why.... soldiers are tanks, therefore uur meant to take the least damage possible.... but people in this game take that as purley def because soldier is a physical class these defensive stats would fit more with an archer but if the soldiers job is to take the least damage possible it would make sense that it would be tanky to mages and archers too right?... idk lemme know what u guys think (if uu even made it this far) 😂😂

Багато хто каже що це лише для вагітних ,або для тих хто проходиьь реабілітаційний період .Але насправді вправи з такими м'ячами задіюють малі групи м'язів ,ті які важко відчути працюючи на тренажерах чи виконуючи банальні випади чи присяди .Причому не обов'язково виконувати динамічні вправи ,статика-і при цьому максимальна напруга всіх м'язів ось що собою являє таке тренування.Потрібно "подружитися" з м'ячем,знайти баланс і довіритись собі,і ви відкриєте нові можливості свого тіла!
Пн.ср.пт 12:00 та 14:00 фітнес клуб "Crosstime" (заняття проводиться від трьох чоловік ,попередній запис обов'язковий)

You KNOW it’s not as bad as your mind is telling you it is, but, You. Can’t. Help. It. ☹️ You drag yourself out of bed, because you have to adult, no matter what.
Sometimes there’s crying.
Sometimes there’s screaming, (even if it’s only in your head). Deep breaths.
Steaming cups of tea.
Prayer. Lots and lots of prayer.
Prayer does work. Our God is a merciful And loving God! #Imsothankful

Over the last couple of months, I’ve only had trouble with anxiety a couple of times. They were small moments. Moments where I was super stressed and I think my brain reverted back to habit.
