Nutty aloo tikkis! This was last night dinner (one of the starters😜,I lost interest to click the others as neither was the food good, and the music and DJ was pathetic and literally have us a headache. The garden area was full, hence we sat in the non smoking area.
There was a group of people celebrating the Bachelorette party and asked the DJ to play something special. The guy refused and announced over mic that he doesn't take requests and doesn't play according to others choice. Though nothing to do with me,still I felt it was so rude. Isn't hospitality industry all about hospitality..not at this place I feel.
The garden area looked nice and I would only suggest going there for the ambiance. Rest of the things was such a turn down. I seriously hope the management does something about the blaring music, dj and loud non smoking area. .
Leading a healthy lifestyle is not just a trend. The good folks @dhyaanawellbeing practice what they preach. I'm glad that I got the opportunity to design and execute their cafe menu. The menu consists of
1. Nutri Dosas (red rice/brown rice/millet& protein dosas)
2.Buddha Bowls (panner with millet taboulleh/dal kichidi/millet upma/millet porrige)
3.Green shots (amla/aloe vera/wheat grass, apple cider etc)
3.Smoothies (vegan, sugarfree and with superfoods like ashwagandha, turmeric powder, spirulina etc)
4. Snacks like sprouted chaat and kothambir vadi
5 Momos (made with only whole wheat flour and different fillings
6. A range of teas from ginger & lemongrass ice tea to lemongrass hot tea
7. A range of healthy guilt-free desserts like the vegan brownie, puffed amaranth date ball, Malabi (middle eastern dessert) and Chia seed pudding.
Frankly eating here is not only guilt-free but also feels like homemade. Also thank you @lbbbangalore
for such a fab review (link in my profile)
