#splits30 Day 16 - Seated forward bend
It looks like I'm doing nothing here! 😂
When you concentrate on keeping your back straight and bending at the hips you get an insane stretch in your hammies as opposed to when you round your back. I did it both ways and wow, what a difference. 😘
Double batch of Turkey Chili should keep us fueled until we leave on our next #adventure (Thursday a.m.)🍴🙃 Chili is so versatile....eat alone, add to a salad, put it over whole grain tortilla chips, etc. You can even make it veggie only (mix in a variety of beans & more veggies). 😀
Single Batch Audrey's Turkey Chili: ✔1lb ground turkey meat cooked with garlic powder, crushed red pepper, Fiesta Lime Mrs. Dash & onion
✔Dump cooked turkey into big pot and stir in 1 - 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, 1- 29 oz. can tomato sauce, 1- 15.5 oz. can Mild (or hot) kidney beans, & add chili powder seasoning to taste ✔slow cook all ingredients in stovetop for about 30-45 minutes
The longer the chili sits, the more flavorful it will become! 😉 You can always add jalapenos & hot kidney beans to kick up the heat. ♨ Enjoy!
