The recipe is super easy!
1 cup fine rice
8 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tbs caraway
1 1/2 tbs cinnamon
Mix them all together in pressure cooker until they start to boil.
Close the cooker for 1hr.
After 1hr open the cooker and mix for 30 minutes.
Your Meghle is ready! Enjoy it ❤
These are the healthy happy goats at the farm of Ali Jaber and Najla Fahd in Mayfadoun. They, along with some beautiful Jersey cows (not in picture) produce deliciously creamy milk because of the rich, totally organic diet they receive, the bulk of it grown on the land they roam in.
