Another day, another smoothie bowl.
The wellness world is so broad and the dietary theories out there are many so it's only normal for us to get confused about what to eat, how and when.
"One person's food is another person's poison"is the main idea behind the big term Bio-Individuality. It's all about listening to your body's messages and constantly checking in with yourself to find what works and doesn't work for you. What works for me might not work for you and what works for me today might not work for me in a year. Getting to know what works for us is not easy but remember that health is a journey rather than a destination.
For now I still enjoy fruit smoothie bowls once in a while but I know that as the weather gets colder I need warmer food to start the day. Try to find out what works for you today ☺️
