Check your deli meat for expiration date; picked up a stomach bug from bad deli meat.....12 lbs of water weight loss, bed ridden all day yesterday, no work, no gym, no food....worked midnight to 9 am today, able to eat sparingly, slept and knew I wanted to gym but take it "easy" but didn't do that on deads sadly.....
555 PR CONVENTIONAL DEADLIFT (gym PR; never been over 545) and squeaked out some evil locking this out 😂 pulldowns (3 × 15), pushdowns (3 × 15) & preacher curls (3 × 15)....im pale, low energy and very pathetic motivation but I did what I could with my circumstances...happy friday everyone
Tried making something different tonight for @mike_valjas for dinner and it came out pretty good! Only feedback was to make it a bit crispier, so next time I'll bake it a little longer.
Super easy recipe with barely any ingredients!
1 head cauliflower (I used the cauliflower rice from Wegmans)
1/2 cup Organic shredded mozzarella cheese (save some extra for the topping)
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Place on pizza stone and spread out to make the shape of a pizza! Bake for 20 minutes. Take out and add sauce and whatever toppings you want! Maybe some grilled chicken would be good to add some protein to the meal! Bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool, serve and enjoy! *the crust is very delicate so be careful! I think baking it for a little longer would have made it a bit crisper and it would have held together better.
The entire pizza is about 550-600 calories (depends on how much cheese and any other toppings you put on) 👌🏻 ____________________________

I found this #bench in btw two planted #trees 🌳🌳in #englewood#chicago the kicker and the beauty I saw in this simple bench, is it's placement. At the cross section of an alleyway. As I took a seat and relaxed in btw my day, thinking its art cause no one would just sit there, even though it makes the alley beautiful. (Never thought beautiful and alley would be in the same sentence.) I like to take short cuts, walk down different blocks, I see the beauty in it. Anyway i took a pic, cause I thought whoever did this is dope...
