To say this last month has been exhausting and a complete roller coaster would be an understatement. Dealing with a death in the family, unpleasant memories from my childhood, relationship troubles, financial troubles, health (Mental, emotional, physical, etc) issues, trying to be there for others and help them, and of course school and work. I have hit some pretty low lows this past month alone. But I am learning how strong and resilient I can be. I am working on every part of myself and my life so I can live a better, happier life. It's been a process and quite often a battle to stay afloat, but I'm doing it.
So here have my exhausted but at clinical face.
I've been working out with a #PersonTrainer for about a month now. Outside of my workouts with him, I like to get in one day on my own. I'm not working out five and six days a week like previously. My goal right now is three dedicated days and overall being more active daily. A plan that I can sustain for a lifetime. I stalled this morning, but finally got my butt to the gym. I did 5 sets of back squats, 4 sets of deadlifts, 4 sets bench press, 4 sets bent over row, 3 sets push press, 2 sets bicep curls and 2 sets of dips. #fitgirl#getitdone#firmyhealth#betterme

40 minutes of my power lifting program first thing in the morning and I have set my intentions for the weekend and I don’t have to worry about my workout for the rest of the day. I’m going to a craft fair and then watching football! What do you guys have on your agenda for today?
Yeah... time to be real. After my DietBet ended last week i totally went off Keto and have not worked out at all! Somehow I still lost a pound. I didn’t go crazy with junk food, but I did enjoy rice and potatoes and even pizza this week. 🤷🏽♀️ since the holiday is next week, i think I’ll wait until next Friday to get back on track, although i really need to get a few workouts in this week, but that’s just for normal well being, not for goal purposes. .

Det er noe helt annet å legge ut et bilde som er satt sammen - hvor det første bildet bruker man XXL, overvektig underernært, 113kg, trøtt og sliten småbarnsmor som så mørkt på livet, og vel viten om hva som skulle skje knappe to uker senere, og samme bildet jeg la ut for to dager siden, sunn, aktiv, tar vare på helsa, glad, har det så mye bedre med seg selv og er 30kg mindre i vekt, på knappe 10mnd. Jeg skulle motbevise - det gikk galt.
Steadily going down, chugging along 😃❤️🐞 This whole 80/20 thing is no joke my friends, losing this weight has been a combination of hard work, lazy work, clean eats, dinners out, and plenty of laughs enjoying life. Though I️ strive to be good as much as I️ can diet wise I’m not going to punish myself or be angry and say hateful things to myself like I️ have in the past.
