Well the countdown is on!! Dubai at the end of March and I don’t plan on looking or feeling like a whale🐳 Our hotel looks amazing and it was so much more reasonably priced than I thought it would be! Buzzing and now I have a reason to get my head in the game!!
YAAAAAASS @tescofood Half price @halotopuk so I stocked up!! I’ve just had a wee cheeky taste of each and OH MA GAAAAAD😍😍 Proper ice cream taste for soooo little calories thank the lord!! The mint Choc Chip tub is 12 syns, the chocolate and the cinnamon bun are 16 syns each for the whole tub!! Kinda bummed they had no cookie dough left but oh well there’s always next time😏😏
Kabuto noodle for lunch! Chicken Ramen flavour for 3.5 syns. LOVE this😍 It has so much flavour, Daryl had one the other day and even said he prefers it over a pot noodle! Win! Although not win coz he keeps eating mine now😆 This should keep me full until I get home this evening, if not I have a peach & a tangerine to tide me over🍜🍑🍊

Thai Red Curry😍 While daryl tucks into a mahoosive takeaway burger🍔 I made this using 1/2 tbsp Tesco Thai curry paste (0.5 syn), 100ml of light coconut milk (4.5), 35g philli light (2.5), some raw prawns, peppers & sugar snaps🙌🏻 Total of 7.5 syns which I have saved up from today anyway🤟🏻
Had two chocolate coins (4 syns) before the gym as I was feeling peckish. They filled a hole. Went to the gym, worked hard, sweated lots. Hooray! Now I’ve been to Tesco and I’m making a Thai Red Prawn Curry for dinner😍

I have had people look me in the eye and say, "You shouldn't continue," "Nobody would shoot you today," "Your outfit isn't flattering, what are you doing?" Well guess what I keep doing? I have continued to go forward. What I have been finding, is that becuase I have chosen to model people somehow believe that it's okay to disrespect me, especially after I tell them no to a proposition. Let me tell you something, if you approach me about collaborating together and you won't let me bring someone along, or are unreasonable when I tell you what I won't do at photoshoot, know that I will 100% not even consider working with you. OR if you cannot provide me with a few photos from your portfolio. It is instantly no go!
This area has alot of girls who want to model and SURELY you can find someone who will work with you. I refuse to work with indivuals who are unwilling to be professional.
Omelette on the go this morning! Made with 2 eggs, chicken, bacon, mushrooms & 20g light cheddar (half hexA) with some cherry tomatoes on the side! Deeeelish. Didn’t have time to plate it up with rocket and eat it like I planned because I wanted those extra 20 mins in bed😴 Feeling more motivated than ever to stick to it this week and try and get a belter loss like I keep seeing everyone else getting! Rest day today so no gym for me. Hoping to get to a cardio class tomorrow afternoon then pump on Sunday💪🏻 That will make it 5 times at the gym in a week😳 YAAAAAS💃🏼
Quick mini chicken salad to 1. Get me some food coz I am starv marv 2. Get me some protein after my body pump class & 3. Get me some cheeeeeese because I’ve not had my healthy extra A today!! So I have rocket, tomatoes, chicken, 45g feta(A) & balsamic glaze (0.5). This just hit the spot while i’m waiting on daryl coming home from work so we can have actual dinner which is 3 syn beef casserole❤️❤️

Dinner was speedy beef casserole (3 syns for bisto) with a slice of pizza toast (half hexB, 3/4 hexA & tom purée) to dip😍 Then I had 10 syns of galaxy, 4 syns of celebrations, 6 syns of hot choc & 2x nectarines🙄 Total of 30 syns for today buuuuut I went to the gym twice so it’s all about the balance🙌🏻
Late lunch is some leftover chilli from last nights dinner with a packet of uncle bens whole grain & quinoa rice (2.5) and a laughing cow light triangle mixed in😍 Yum. Counting down the clock til I can go home today because I’m just so excited to go to Body Pump, see my friend & get home and tidy the flat😂 Am I officially an adult now yeah??!
Second breakfast after my quickie gym sesh was this tub of vegetable amazingness😍 Carrot, swede, potato, onion, celery, lentils, chopped tomatoes, parsley & veggie stock. Syn free, super filling and delicious!! This should see me through so I can have a late lunch before Pump🏋🏼♀️ tonight then I’m heading out for some late shopping with my friend❤️
A quick pre gym snack for breakfast! Half hexB for 1 slice of WM bread, 0.5 syn for flora light & some plain chicken. I managed a wee 25 min fast walk/jog on the treadmill before I had to set off for work. Very pleased! I also booked myself in for the 6pm Body Pump class tonight💪🏻 So work for a few hours and then back to it. Loving this motivation for exercise at the min😇
Cheeky Nando’s earlier for lunch😍 Fino Pitta (filled with chicken thighs, halloumi, garlic mayo, caramelised red onion chutney & lettuce🤤) with peri chips & garlic bread! So far from on plan but it’s all we’ve eaten today and I’m still not even hungry and it’s nearly 9pm😂
