How you view yourself is easily the biggest barrier and also motivator when it comes to modern day fitness. Anyone that knows me on a personal level will know that I am constantly dissatisfied with how I look. Yes that’s right, you don’t have to be under weight or overweight to not be happy with the way you look! I’m constantly telling myself I’m not lean enough or not big enough on an unhealthy level. -
Positive thoughts create positive opinions and positive opinions create positive energy. You don’t always have to be at your final goal to be happy. Take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come. Yes there may be some one fitter or stronger or skinnier than you, but that’s their journey, not yours. When you do reach your final goal, you’ll look back at the struggle, to pain, all the hours spent and know it was all worth it 👊💥
GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR FAT LOSS STACK.
Here’s another information filled post that can hopefully help you guys get the MOST out of your supplemental fat loss stack. This applies for both natural and enhanced competitors so everyone can benefit from this! We’re looking at actually potentiating the effects of the other popular fat loss ingredients on the market. The supplement we’re looking to add is coleus forkohlii, an ingredient I’ve talked a lot about. Essentially this is a herb with the active ingredient forskolin that causes all of the beneficial attributes. It mainly acts to increase cellular levels of cAMP which can enhance fat loss along with potentiating the fat loss effects of other fat loss supplements (beta-adrenergic agonists in particular like synephrine, ephedrine, capsaicin, etc.) It even goes a step further and is very synergistic with yohimbine and caffeine. As it increases cAMP through mitochondrial biogenesis, it will activate AMPk to a rather large degree so I would advise taking 50mgs of active forskolin per day dosed pre-fasted cardio (first thing upon waking.) NOTE: Forskolin has the ability to increase somatostatin so I would advise not taking any growth hormone peptides if their purpose is endogenous growth hormone release.
