Levantar cedo, treinar, ter aulas os dia inteiro, sair e ainda ter mil e uma coisas para fazer. Ou então ter aulas o dia inteiro, treinar à noite mais as mil e uma coisas extra a fazer. É a realidade de várias pessoas. Não é fácil, mas o que tem de ser tem muita força.
E quando não der para tudo terão que ser estabelecidas prioridades na vida.

Transformation Tuesday time! This one was a bit of a wakeup call for me! When I say I let myself go when I started med school, I wasn't joking. It was tough to get myself on a routine. And this "routine" changes like every other week too. .
I understand that we're all busy & we all have things going on in our lives that seem to take precedence over our health every day. But if I can do this, you can do this-- and we can do this together. If you're missing the motivation, the accountability, or the support when it comes to your health & fitness, I gotcha covered!
If you have no clue what to do in the gym when ya get there & don't have time to do the research on all of that beforehand to have a set routine-- I also gotcha covered!! We'll get ya setup on a plan that's right for you, your goals, and that doesn't suck! We start next Monday, Oct 2nd. I'm taking on 10 ladies total this time! 🚨Long Post Warning🚨
When it comes to losing weight, I have failed more times that I could count. I struggle with consistency, I'm the pickiest eater you could meet, and I love Pizza 🍕 and Mozzarella Sticks 😝
My struggle began as a young girl, always bouncing between chunky and bone thin til I hit the age of 19, THAT'S where it really got bad. My self esteem took a dive, and my waist size blew up.
For the next 12 years I tried just about every diet, starved myself, suffered from Depression and Anxiety and even contemplated no longer existing on this planet.
Then it came, the way to solve my problems. My coach came disguised as an insecurity, which I still battle til this day, and I reluctantly gave in. It's been three years now, and it's been the toughest ride I've ever been on. I've discovered more about myself than I ever thought possible, Connected with a higher self, allowing me to begin making real changes, and accomplishing what I only dreamed of. The ride has only just begun for me, as now is when the real fun starts. I get to meet bigger struggles, and bigger rewards for my actions, both physically and spiritually. I'm proud to be who I am, and I'm proud of what I do. I get to help change lives like mine has been changed. I get to enjoy the struggles of life where memories are created, and growth is achieved. And I get to do so alongside some pretty amazing people all because I said YES!
Learning to be grateful, and living in the moment, truly living, is worth more than anything else, and I am beyond blessed, and ready to receive all the Universe has for me. .

I can work out all day long but I’ve always struggled with the “diet” part of the process. After months of not making much progress, I bit the bullet and enrolled in @healthychew’s meal prep program and I’m really enjoying it. 😋 Today’s lunch is Waldorf Walnut Chicken Salad 🍴
#tuesdaytransformation I have been overweight all my life. I've also been on diets all my life. You name it, I've done it. Then I ended up giving up on losing weight and got comfortable accepting myself the way I was. My breaking point was seeing the scale 5lbs heavier from when I was going into labor 3 years ago. Feeling like a prisoner in my own body, unable to move around with my kids made me feel miserable. I finally made a decision that it was time for a change. I signed up at my local gym with a co-worker and decided to make it part of my routine. 4-5 times a week, 1.5-2hrs, Cardio and weights, decided that I no longer wanted to drink my calories but wanted to eat them a healthier way. Cooking every night and meal prepping has really helped. I must say it's not easy, it's an everyday battle but it's so Worth it. Physically I feel much better but psychologically I still have a lot more work to do. I'm now 👇 39lbs since 06/2017.
