❓¿Leyeron manga alguna vez? ¿Qué piensan de estos dos? •••
I had a great day today… I spent most of the time with my friend and we were outside by the water😄 It was a perfect day. I also finished a book #yay
Now I’m going to start with Reborn ( Im Sternenlicht - german edition) by C. C. Hunter. It’s the first book of the Shadows Falls: After Dark trilogy. I’ve read the Shadows Falls series ages ago but I love to go back to some of the characters.
Have you read this trilogy?
For Della Tsang, Shadow Falls isn't just a camp: it's home. As a vampire who's never fit in with her human family, it's the one place she can truly be herself.
But when a mysterious new guy arrives at camp, Della’s whole world is thrown into turmoil. Chase is a vampire with secrets, who knows more than he’s telling. But the more time she spends with him, the more she begins to trust this attractive stranger—and feel drawn to him. But romance is the last thing she wants—as she keeps telling Steve, the hunky shapeshifter who won’t stop trying to win her heart. And if Della isn't careful, he just might succeed.
When a new case puts everyone she cares about in danger, Della’s determined to do everything she can to save them . . . even if it means teaming up with Steve and Chase, who leave her more confused than ever.
With their lives on the line, will Della and her friends survive—with their hearts intact? (
So...I'm lost in the shelves @powellsbooks and I need you to either pray for me to not spend all my money or send me all your recommendations so I can add some new books to the library. It's like a choose your own adventure.
I've spent the last week at the beach next to the beautiful Celtic Sea. 🌊
Side note: I have to apologize to anyone who's ever DMed me. Sometimes I see them right away, other times my Instagram never notifies me that they're there and I won't see them for days. I am not ignoring you. 🤦🏼♀️ if you know how to fix the notification problem let me know.

I think this is my favourite fairytale retelling...mostly because it's almost nothing like the original Beauty and the Beast story, and therefore full of surprises 🌹😍 And the sequel, A Court of Mist and Fury, deviates even more...in all the best ways of course 💙🌌🖤 So yesterday I did the #20beautifulwomen#booktag and I'm going to tag 20 more wonderful #bookstagrammers today ❤️❤️❤️ I'm also tagging you all to do the #beautyandthebeasttag 🥀Tale as Old as Time - a popular theme/trope/setting you'll never get bored of reading: A divided world brought together by the hope of lovers ❤️
🥀Belle - a book/series you bought for the beautiful cover that's just as good on the inside: Strange the Dreamer 🥀Beast - a book/series you didn't expect much from but pleasantly surprised you: The Vampire Academy Series by Richelle Mead 🥀Gaston - a book/series that everyone loves but you don't: The Mortal Instruments 🥀Mrs Potts, Chip, Lumiere - a book/series that helped you through a dark time or taught you an important life lesson: Harry Potter, Daughter of Smoke and Bone
🥀Something there - a book/series you didn't like in the beginning but picked up towards the end: A Court of Thorns and Roses❣️
Be Our Guest - a fictional character you'd like to have over for dinner: Nina Zenik from Six of Crows
Enjoy these tags my lovelies ❤️
So it's finally summer !!!!!
Most anticipated book to read this summer??
I ended up going home from school today so I didn't get to have a good last day but that's okay :) .
I'm so happy that I'm going to finally work on this account properly!! .
I'm just happy I'm going to have the time to properly sort it out so that when I go back to school I'll know how to manage it properly!! .
Also,, I read 'geekerella' and it was a really nice funny lighthearted book!! I liked it a lot and I practically flew through it straight after finishing 'one of us is lying'
Have you read either of them??
So I haven't posted a picture on here in about a week and I haven't taken pictures in awhile either. I'm definitely in a reading/bookstagram slump guys. I hate it because I use to love having this account and right now I don't have the motivation. It literally took me 3 weeks to read Outlander 😅 that's the longest it's ever taken me to read a book. But I love you all and I'm really hoping to get back into the swing of things soon. I have a lot going on and my high school friends are home for the summer so my attention is elsewhere at the moment. But I will be back! With vengeance! Very, very soon 💓💓💓 I can't thank you book nerds enough for sticking around 😜
"What I wanted to know is what counted for something and what counted not at all? Now I feel like shit for spending that time on what turns out not to matter, and neglecting the things that did, and do." •
'Hello Vitamin' by Rachel Khong •
Hello Vitamin is a book that follows Ruth, fresh from a broken engagement and dealing with her father's declining health with dementia. This is a story, told via Ruth's journal entries, about memory and forgiveness. Khong has created a character in Ruth's father Howard who you can't help but love, no matter the poor choices he's made in life. As for Ruth, I wanted to like her. I know the feeling of breaking from a long time love and feeling like your life is in a tailspin. But there was just something about her I didn't really like, and honestly I can't quite put my finger on it. (and that's why I gave this four stars out of five.) .
I love Khong's writing though, and I thought this was a quick and endearingly quirky read. The only criticism I have is I wish it was longer. I would have loved to spend more time with this family. .
Hello, my fellow bookworms! 💫
If you could choose a book character to share a University/College Dorm room with, who would you choose? I'd pick either Hermione or Lazlo because we'd nerd out together while also going on some awesome adventures!
The Raven Boys is a book I still haven't managed to read but I will soon and I'll get through the rest of the series! Can I mention how lovely the Raven is on the cover? It reminds me of Corvus in my own novel 😂
I volunteered at my school's end of year carnival today. Even though it didn't go all to plan because it rained, I still had a lot of fun! I flew off a bull twice. 😂
Finally, a quick notice! I posted a new blog post on why Diversity is essential in literature and you can read it by clicking the link in my bio! ✨
➳ I am absolutely obsessed with A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles! This is definitely one of my favorite books ever. It was such a joy to read it, I didn't want it to end! I originally borrowed it from the library but didn't want to be rushed through it so I ended up buying my own copy. •• Synopsis: In 1922, Count Alexander Rostov is sentenced to house arrest for life in the grand Metropol hotel right across the street from the Kremlin. Rostov, an aristocrat who has been used to a life of luxury and freedom, is now facing a life confined within the four walls of the grand hotel. While his life seems to be shrinking, his confinement pushes the Count to discover far more about himself, humanity, and his country than ever before. •• To say I love this book is an understatement. I adore the Count and the rest of the cast of this beautiful book. It is written to follow the Count over many years and has short snippets of his life inside the hotel while also following a grander storyline of the changes in Russia. I hope you love it as much as I did!
Coucou ! #milleetunlivresrep3 ! • #book#bookstagram#bookish#bookworm#repsearch#livres#livrestagram#livreaddict

I finished this audiobook for gentlemans guide last night 😍 im not a big fan of audiobooks but i heard so many amazing things about the narrator so I decided to give it a shot, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The narrator was incredible!
I'm about 100 pages into This Savage Song currently so once I finish that I will be moving on to either Six Of Crows if I buy the book sometime soon, or will be rereading the raven cycle!
Hey bookies! ❤️ How have you been? Tell me... how many of you were Cardcaptor Sakura fans growing up? I know I was! I would even say I still am... it really is a timeless anime (the original japanese version, at least... I know they named it "Cardcaptors" in North America and tried to turn it into a shonen/adventure anime which I really don't think worked that well 😅) Anyway, this is a little homage to one of my childhood faves. Have a happy Friday and an amazing weekend, everyone!!! 🎉
Hola, lectores! A mí me encantaba, ¡y todavía me encanta! 🎉
