EVENING GROUPS - This will be your FINAL 8-week weigh-in! Your last day of class is this Mon, 10/23!😆🎉👏🏻 If you're signed up for the next challenge (starts Oct 28) this will also be your FIRST weigh-in for that. You only need to weigh-in once.
SUNRISE GROUP - This will be your MID weigh-in. Your last day of Wk 4 is Sat, 10/21, but weigh-in and of the days/times above.
NEW EVENING GROUPS - (Starting 10/28) This is your FIRST weigh-in! 🙌🏻 See info below.
Weigh-ins are done here at @dedicated_strength, no other locations.
You can weigh-in on any of the days/times listed above (no appt necessary). If you TRULY cannot make any of those dates, shoot us a message, but please do your best to stick to the schedule, as we have 4-5 different groups weighing in!
Everyone must complete their weigh-in by 10/26!
Here's a few things to keep in mind for OPTIMAL weigh-in results (recommended advice, but NOT required):
• No food or exercise 2 hours prior to weighing in
• Empty your bladder just before your weigh-in
• Wear shorts and a tank top or tight fitting shirt

Brian's homemade pizza for dinner tonight.~~~yummy.
Growing up in upstate NY in a predominantly Italian Community-- I LOVE pizza.
I manage how much I eat by eating off a small plate and cutting my pizza up into bite size pieces.
If I do not use utensils when eating my pizza, I can eat 4-5 slices.
When I use a small plate and have a small salad with my pizza, I eat 1.5-2 slices of pizza.
I do not feel deprived eating like this.
Deprivation would be eliminating the pizza. I manage the food
I love with portion control, eating snacks and meals off a small plate.
I always have plenty of greens and veggies with my meals.
Veggies take up volume, have fiber , low in calories and high in nutrients. The veggies and greens help me from over eating my pizza because of the bulk they provide---

I haven’t shown up lately for my workouts and I can tell a difference... in my energy, in my grief process, in my self-confidence, etc. So tonight I didn’t want to press play but I did it anyway.
