Hey there! You are seeing my big cheesy grin, so it must mean I am stopping in for #fridayintroductions Today I am sharing some things I bet you never knew about me! 🇰🇷
From the age of 10 to 15 I trained to be a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I competed and won gold in the Junior Olympics twice. After the medic was summoned serval times to my ring, I captured the attention of the US Olympic coach and he invited me to come out to Colorado to train with the Olympic team. After that I joined the US National team and represented the USA in Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, and I even spent a month on Korea training and competing. All this travel and discipline is a huge part in helping me have the drive I have today!
When I started college, I got into salsa dancing like it was my job and still love it so much! The most agonizing part of shooting weddings is that I can't put my camera down and boogie!
My newest hobbies include learning to garden and learning to play the accordion. I will consider my goal complete when I can play The Godfather theme on my accordion!
As a kid we moved a lot! I loved it! There was always someone new to meet and a new place to discover. Moving so much made family even more important to me. It also made me not afraid to make a new friend. I really think these experiences have made my job as a photographer easier because I am able to be brave and step out of my comfort zone to meet new people and to appreciate how fleeting that moment in time is.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you liked hearing a few new things about me! Let me know if you ant me to share some old photos in my insta story!
