everything that could go wrong while I was filming my #planwithme video, went WRONG... camera kept cutting out then I tried to export the footage and my final cut pro crashed & the footage is gone from both my memory card & computer so unfortunately there won’t be a new #pwm video for this past week. I’m looking into getting a new battery for my camera! hopefully I will have one on time to film #plantober week 4! sorry to those of you who have been watching & waiting for my videos... I will get back on track soon!

🍂On Friday, via my IG story, I shared my end-of-year challenge. No, this isn't a weight loss challenge or a #fitlife challenge or a no carb challenge. It's a mindfulness//happiness//self care challenge. With the holidays just around the corner, life is a PSL and a peppermint mocha away from crazytown. The days are also getting much shorter, and the Seasonal Affective Disorder//SAD (not to be confused with a Trump tweet) is real. To combat the wintertime blues and anxiety, I decided to start #fightSADwithsam and commit to at least one act of mindful self care a day. For me, that's typically yoga, meditating, journaling, hiking, or reading. But it could be something completely different for you. I kept seeing these multicolored headers everywhere so I decided to try it out and surprise! Its q hard to maintain the direction of the word :0 nevertheless, a really pleasing result so 10/10 doing this for all my headers from now on :)
