Don't worry, be trappy! 😂 It's #trap Tuesday, and admittedly there was a time I used to be self conscious of them. I don't train them or focus on them but they develop with other lifts I do. Now I just own it. Like every other part of me that I've worked my a** off to build. -
Remember ladies, it's OK to train/focus on areas other than your legs, glutes and delts. Build those backs, chest and traps for a balanced and beautiful physique! 💪👌
SKINNY WAIST - READ BELOW ⬇️
Your waist size is completely genetic. Unless you have extra fat in that area, you can’t change it. It’s bone structure. Mine is small because I’m a small dude in reality. 5’7” and I graduated high school at about 135. That was before I gained all my muscle to appear big. How can you make it seem like you have a thinner waist?? (THIS IS FOR GUYS & GIRLS)

I have had the great pleasure of training Dimtri for the past year. Recently a major milestone was achieved in Dimitri’s training
Before we started working together and despite dabbling in casual physical training both strength and muscle mass was sorely lacking. At the beginning of our training together Dimitri weighed in at 57kg. Both a 50kg squat and a pull up was a Herculean Labour of strength.
Now a year later he is at 70kg and has added much strength and muscle mass in the process. (Stats below) Though I am more interested in the other changes that Dimtri has undergone; developing an excellent work ethic, displaying dedication and showing his earnestness.

Some of Dimtris best lifts:
Back Squat 100kg for sets of 5, 85kg for 21.
Deadlift 120kg for 7
Chin Ups +22kg for 6
Make the most of the time you have...not excuses for the time you dont... Last night I stayed up until midnight to make sure I got my reading in. Today, instead of working out to my music (which is something I look forward to on a regular basis), I chose to listen to Shaun T. And the ride home?...listen to Shaun T. Now I have less to read during the day and more time for other tasks I FEEL I need to get done.
The workout itself: My calorie burn for the day may be low, but I comfortably did the weights that were a bit of struggle last week...and upped my max on incline press by 10lbs.
Painful lunges after dreadfully painful glute bridges this morning. Gonna lower the weight to get a straighter back and better form but bish bashing on and loving the change of routine
Today has been extremely shit and sometimes okay. No bank card and robbed of £800, deadline stress, exam stress, mental health a bit meh BUT I also spelt haemorrhage correctly for the first time ever earlier. Always a positive if you dig hard enough eh.

These were soooo simple and awesome. The best thing about them you say????? There’s just one main ingredient, unlike its meat cousin (which if you look into is a gazillion horrible ingredients!) these are so good and deffo worth a try.
