This is the cake you've seen in our story yesterday and I promised you the recipe so here we are !🙋🏼♀️😊 Ingridiens for the dough:
200g low fat quark
4Sp spelled flour
5g baking powder
➡️mix it until a malleable dough is formed.Fill the dough into a cake pan and pull it up the sides.
Ingridiens for the creme:
250g low fat quark
20g vanilla pudding powder
30g vanilla Proteinpowder
a bit milk
➡️Mix everything together and put it in the cake Pan too.

I really don't know the exact name of this cake but it's made out of mostly chocolate mousse with blueberries and cream cheese in the middle. 💁
I really loved the chocolate mousse. It's very fluffy and creamy yet I can easily put one spoon after the next as if it was ice cream. 🍦
Very chocolatey is an understatement. I appreciate that they use rich, high quality chocolate that is not overly sweet! 🍫
The blueberries buried in the cream cheese is in abundance!The cheese is also aesthetically stained violet by using blueberries juice. 👍
Glaze-wise, I think it's wicked cool to have 2 different glazes on the cake because you get to try the cake TWICE! 😍
I still can't choose whether I like the caramel-milk chocolate side or the blueberry-darkchocolate side. 😅
It's a huge shame that the blueberries were extremely sour though. It ruined my experience a little. 😥 It could be that they wanted to create a contrast between sweet and sour but it just didn't come together. *Update: after a few days in the fridge, the blueberries aren't that sour anymore* 🙅
Our whole family loved the cake still! My nieces aimed for the chocolated strips right away ahahahah. 😁

Yesterday, at my parents’ house, we made this lemon, polenta & almond cake from @mrwilkinsons & @sharleegibb’s cookbook, #mrandmrswilkinsons . Some roasted apricots, too. Today we’re having them together for breakfast alongside some creme fraiche. Lovely.
We made a cake 👩👦. Cake:
2 cups shredded zucchini 1 cup brown rice flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 3/4 cup cacao powder 2 Tbsp ground flax 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 cup date paste 4 Tbsp maple syrup 1 1/3 cup coconut milk Frosting:
1 cup cooked sweet potato 1 cup nut butter 1/4 maple syrup 4 Tbsp cacao powder 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk 1/2 tsp vanilla Blend ❤️ Bake at 375 for 45 minutes •
