Prueba este glorioso desayuno , es ideal sobre todo si te gusta conservar la mayor parte de tus carbohidratos para otros momentos del día
Por ejemplo si eres de los que le gusta guardar sus carbos para el pre/post entreno por gustos personales
O si eres de los míos, los que nos gusta una buena comida antes de dormir , y en dado caso resulta inteligente guardar macros para más tarde en la noche
100gr jamon de pierna 98% libre de grasa RAYADO
110gr huevo (2 huevos aprox)
30gr queso Mozzarella RAYADO
Mezcla los dos huevos con el jamon, vierte en un sartén de teflón a fuego lento y usa la tapa para que la cocción sea uniforme , en su punto máximo de temperatura agrega el queso para que se derrita en la fase final, no recomiendo agregarle sal dado que el jamon y el queso le aportan el sabor suficiente , pero es gustó de cada quien ¡BOOM💣 pizza en 3 minutos para tu desayuno!

What I have come to know is that I determine my WORTH & so do you.
This TRANSFORMATION has a lot of meaning to me.
On the left I was struggling with the above Trials & on the Right I was working on getting better.
They are a few years apart.
By Instagram standards I'm most likely "FAT" in both photos.
I felt great on the Right.
For 3 Years I was CONSISTENT.
I didn't Stress about going to the Gym Daily or eating "Perfect". I went to the Gym 3 Times a Week Min.
I kept my macronutrients with my caloric needs & didn't give up my favorite foods.
I call it the "Big 3"
Basing 3 workouts around
Presses, Deadlifts & Squats. "If it will fit in your macros"
It works for people like me.
I don't like restrictions.
Keto isn't for me.
The rest I am still working on.
I'm learning a lot about myself.
I'm more confident than I've ever been.
But I still struggle.
My breakthrough with RELIGION lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders.
I'm feeling FREE.
Now it's lining up my THOUGHTS & FEELINGS.
Listening to the "still small voice". Trusting Myself & the Universe.
Allowing Life to Happen.

Don't be fooled...today's breakfast still includes oats! I used to make pancakes that were only eggs and banana and they were great but as I'm trying to eat less eggs I wanted to find a simple pancake recipe without the 🥚.... soooo introducing the oat, banana, and almond milk pancake!! When I saw this recipe online I was a little hesitant but they came out perfectly! Blend together 1/2 c oats, 1/4 c unsweetened almond milk, and 1 banana and ta da🎉 pancake batter!! I also added cinnamon in the batter for taste and topped them with peanut butter and a drizzle of raw honey
IIFYM is GREAT ‼️🔥👏 But can it be taken too far? 🤔 ABSOLUTELY. And it can be a slippery slope. 😬 So how flexible exactly is TOO flexible? 👇🙅♂️ Mistake 1️⃣: You're supplementing way too much. ❌ It's absolutely okay to aid your nutrient needs (protein, vitamins, minerals, etc.) with some supplements, but you're doing it wrong if you're getting in TOO much of said nutrients solely from supplements. 👎 I would say over 30-40% is an excessive amount. Find a good balance.
Mistake 2️⃣: You're restricting carbs and fats throughout the day for the sake of snack on sweets and such at night. ❌🙅♂️ A big NO‼️ Flexible dieting is amazing because you have the freedom to still enjoy the foods you love, but if you're TOO flexible, you're just kidding yourself. 😱😐 Snacking later at night is FINE, but don't do it with shitty foods that take up 90% of your days macros. 😒 GET IN YOUR MICROS AND STILL EAT SOME WHOLE FOODS‼️ This is still CRUCIAL in the long run. If you're thinking 'Imma not have that potato because I want Oreos later' IIFYM may not be for you... 👆
Mistake 3️⃣: You're giving yourself may too much leeway with your macros all the time. ❌🙅♂️ This is a common one. LOOK: if you grab some tiny bites here and there and not track them, news flash: 🚨 THOSE CALORIES STILL COUNT! I know, crazy right? If you think they don't, you're in denial. 😱😐 The whole point of IIFYM and having macros is to stick to it and hold yourself accountable and still being able to live your life. Small bits here and there add up quicker than you think. ‼️👌 And that's it! 💪🔥🙏 How is your relationship with IIFYM? 📉

Reposting cuz i forgot to add hashtags 😂 Good morning! Woke up to a lot of rain and not so hungry either. So i will listen to my body and eat until I'm ready. This was my yummy breakfast yesterday. I love this potato dill roll from Whole Foods (made fresh everyday and vegan of course) Seriously it's sooo good toasted with either vegan cream cheese or mashed avo like this 😋 + refreshing coconut water and yerba mate tea 🍵 Also read this book a while ago, really good! Und auch heute gibt es erst am Nachmittag die erste Mahlzeit😇 #latebreakfast Aber egal ich esse trotzdem auch gerne spät mein Frühstück🥄 und nicht schon etwas Herzhaftes: es gibt warmes #oatmeal mit Magerquark und Flohsamen, getoppt von Hafer Schoko Crunchys🍫, Sojaflocken und Plattpfirsich. Auf die Plattpfirsiche freue ich mich eigentlich immer schon lange im Voraus, ich finde die schmecken jetzt so richtig lecker süß und saftig und die platte Variante lässt sich auch bequemer schnippeln😉🐛🍑

Pizza has cheese, cheese has dairy, and you put milk in cereal so this is pretty much a breakfast food right?
I like my pizzas like I like everything else, covered with everything🐷. Crispy chewy crust not to fragile, but not gunna leave you chewing all day, plenty of sauce, cheese meting off the slice, and toppings to big they barely fit on the slice. Yeah that's the sh$t I do like. .
Leftover pizza is always key tho👌 You eat it cold or warmed up? Don't tell me you just nuke it cause that doesn't do even the worst slice justice. It's either the oven, or cold😈
